It was some convenient to get food around Cozi.
Too noisy regarding my neighborhood, they were so loud even after midnight 1 to 2 am.
Also, the lifts are so slow, and crowd of people when the Chinese groups abroad.
Room was so dusty.

I had to call room service everyday for fresh towels and no one came to clean the room despite staying there for over 9 days in total

I got COVID during my stay and I had to pay HK$1500 for extra cleaning (sanitisation ). It’s a bit too expensive.

There’s a shopping mall next to the hotel and there’re lots of shops and restaurants so you won’t worry about where to eat.
The hotel service is fair, the staffs are unprofessional and it’s like I’m living in a motel.

Staff were helpful and dealt with everything I asked from them. Room size was fine.
Location not the best but its 30 minutes from the airport by taxi if you have an early flight.
Nothing much to see a couple of small shopping centres.
Location, hotel reception staff sometimes playing their mobile phones instead of dealing with customers enquiries but generally they were fine. Room walls seem thin I could hear the next room quarrelling at 2am
