Staff was friendly and very keen to help us figure out trips to nearby attractions. The room was also spacious and had a lovely balcony with great view on the garden. Also had a nice terrace in the courtyard where you could sit and relax

Shower didn't close properly so it could be a bit chilly when showering but this was minor

The room i chose was spacious. It had a big comfortable bed, a large bath and a balcony. The staff were friendly and spoke adequate English. It's not a long walk to the old town although worth getting a map from tourist place. I got lost one time. Good opportunity to practice my Chinese

I wouldn't have bothered with the breakfast option. Only available 8am to 9am. No fresh fruit, juices, breads etc. If you are happy with two eggs and noodles then that would be fine. If you wanted a western breakfast it's pretty hard to find in the surrounding area.

One of the staff, small build young lady, is very helpful.

Wi-fi had not been working and it takes two days to get it working. Cannot view TV and access the internet. Poor value for money.
