location was great - nice waterside walk into the city and a nice area with bars, cafes, restaurants and launderette around the corner

two single beds instead of a double communal areas of the building being updated - not informed at booking check in was messed up - keys not where expected to be - contacted owner and the apartment wasn’t ready. had to wait for 20 minutes for the cleaner to let us in to leave our luggage and then wait 1.5 hours while the property was being cleaned.

Nice spacious apartment

The property was adequate for my needs, it was well equipped and in a very convenient location. The only downside was that I was unable to turn down the central heating so slept with the window open - weird when there was snow on the ground outside! The host was very good at responding to my messages.

very helpful staff made my checked in experienced was easy and smooth.! big apartment, very cozy and clean. located near to many good restaurants and many supermarkets around the Conner which is good for me. not far from kamppi. only a few stops by tramp. overall I enjoyed my stayed. thank you

Localization was the only advatage of this apartment!

I was traveling in buisness and asked before paying if I can get an invoice. Maija replied that its ok. It's been 3 weeks now and she is conctantly lying that she sends it and there is no document and I can't get refund from the company!!! She started disconnecting my calls, I have sent dozens of messages via phone, booking, emails, calls and she replies "I am doing that now" and then nothig! On the day we arrived she set us up to get the keys at 16:00 and from 15.50 for an hour she did not answer the phone, as we were going around and asking people where is this adress - no one knew! If not a comment of one gilr here (negative also) we would never found it. It is a public toilet/kebab! The guy did not speak english and showed us three evelopes with keys (!) and we picked ours, so I guess everyone can get those keys to your apartment! After an hour we finally got to the apartment and we were late for conference opening! Ad she did not even bother to call me back after so many missed calls! The sink from shower was actually falling off, there were no higene products, soap was ending and was enough only for one day for two people, there was the mold in the bathroom and all needed a solid renovation! Bed was super tiny (I guess 80 cm wide). In the kitchen there were no salt, sugar or a tiny amount of coffee or tea (which is rather the standard nowadays). We were also inctructed in the notes to clean after ourselves and get rid off the trash but there were no instructions where to do it, and we could not find the bins (and in normal apartments service like cleaning is included, this was riddiculous). It was a stressful staying and I think she is already breaking the law becuse she is obligued to issue an invoice or bill for my request. The case is handed on to booking now, but because of this situation I am waiting for my refund another month! Just look on the other comments here and don't get tricked like me.
