These were GREAT accommodations with all of the "fixins" and we were delighted. Super comfortable beds and pillows. The washing machine was fabulous. The hanging rack so convenient. The black out shades perfect. The ligh in the apartments was perfect.. we loved all of the windows and the airy feeling. America needs to have drying racks in their cabinets like this... what a brilliant idea to keep things off the counter. Loved this and will be back! There was no information that we could access to collect our keys upon our arrival based on our booking information. Though we entered our name, our booking/confirmation numbers, etc... we were not able to get our key. The person who answered the phone gave us a number, 4 digits, and we entered that and were then able to get our keys. We noticed that this was the case with everyone in our party, and everyone we saw check in. It was a bit of a panicky feeling that even when we entered our name, as requested, there was no information on record that allowed us to check in. We were afraid we had messed up on our reservation, or that it had been canceled, and were relieved to make the phone call and get the code to get in. This did not, however, strike me as a very efficient part of the process. It was the only negative I can comment on for this process and these accommodations.

We were upgraded to a bigger apartment, thanks for this. The apartment was clean and perfectly adapted for the needs of our trip. Well equipped, maybe a bit more support on the kitchen cleaning products like cloth, sponge, dish washer machine capsule.

Honestly there is no much to complain about the apartment, Maybe the payment details could be better explained. We were surprised to pay the rental amount at the time of the check in. I would prefer to pay in euro, at the time of the reservation confirmation. The bank fees could be minimized if I would know it earlier.

Well equipped kitchen and modern furniture. Very good located to the trams to the city center. Supermarkets and restaurants/bars nearby.

The days have been worm and the big windows made the flat quite warm, also. In the night, we couldn‘t get it dark in the sleeping rooms as the curtains were a bit too small. But these zwo points would not stop us booking again!

Excellent very clean apartment which included all the required amenities for a comfortable stay. Very good location to explore the city. Plenty of good local restaurants close by.

Size, location and clean

The location of the apartment is fantastic. Close to cafes and restaurants. Easy access to public transport.

The apartment is on the 1st floor (i.e. Ground floor) The blinds can't close properly.

Very loud. We had to call security and they took an hour to respond.

I stayed at frogner house with my family (two adults and three young children) who joined me on a work trip to Oslo. I honestly could not have wished for a better apartment. The location is ideal, with lots of cafes, shops and just a few minutes away from tram and bus stops. Grunelokka is a lovely pocket of Oslo and we just fell in love with the city, enjoying the very comfortable bright apartment at the end of the day. The reception staff were always really helpful whenever I called with a question too. I would be delighted stay here again if visiting Oslo again in future.

I didn’t end up needing this in the end but I think the use of a travel cot should be either at no cost or at least the cost should be minimal.

Spacious place and the location

No room cleaning and not enough supplies to keep it clean, we missed dish washer supplies and clean towels, toilet paper as well.

Well located apartment very quiet, ideal for families.

When the hosts has taken your money, he does not answer to your question anymore which was pretty frustrating (without this I would provided a better note 8) Otherwise I did not appreciated the breakypeak: the orange juice was awesome but the Breakfast was not varied, always the same fruit, same pastry. At the end it was not a pleasure to breakfast but a real constraint.

Easy to check in. Spacious and well-equipped flat. Good location, near to public transport, groceries and restaurants.

One of the bedrooms was a bit small but overall it was a great flat.

Location was close to a bus stop and very easy to get to downtown. Lots of restaurant and shopping nearby. Would recommend to others staying in Oslo.

Shower seal leaked onto floor. Beds were a bit bouncy, so when your partner moves, it bounces the whole bed. Noisy neighbors partied on the first floor and the music could be heard on the 4th floor.

We booked the appartement for 5 people. Only 4 beds were ready. The couch is not a sleeping couch. There were no blankets , sheets or pillow. We called the service desk. They brought a stretcher but no sheets. They promised to bring it today. Nobody came. This is not what we expected.

Location, cleanliness, easy to check in and out, sufficient facilities in the appartment.

It was all good but there was no gym, lounge area or a reception which sometimes is nice to have. The beds were too spongy for comfort.
