Nothing really. Just a comment: a lot of info about how to access the appartment & enter the building were sent to us shortly after booking, months before our arrival. This is fine, however i forgot that i even received this information. I think a reminder should be sent a few days before travelling, including what to do before if we arrive after midnight (an email about that was sent a few hour before we arrive in Reykjavik but we were travelling and didn’t see it).

Location was perfect; the host was pleasant and welcoming; the apartment was clean and bright. .

The accommodation was incredibly clean and situated at the end of the apartment hallway which helped avoid any noise from foot traffic. The host was extremely helpful and communicative in the lead up to our stay, helping answer questions for our arrival and entrance. The apartment itself was lovely with everything a group of people would need (bathroom, kitchen, walking proximity to Central Reykjavik, etc.).

The only downside if you're with a group (we had 8 individuals) was there was only one key. As we had different excursions or sites we wanted to explore, this forced us to have to keep the key in the lockbox every time we departed the apartment. No major issue with this but was a slight annoyance since we had a car rental and needed the key to enter the garage parking space for the apartment.

Excellent location close to #13 bus stop and with small supermarket very close by. C lear instructions from host on how to gain access, apartment was immaculately clean, very comfortable and very well equipped.

Clear description how to collect the key from appartment provided via email with pictures. Great location with walk by to the main shopping street, church, concert hall, bars, restaurants etc. Underground parking is something we really appriciated. We loved this appartment.

Initial problem with internet connection. Neverthless upon our request to the host it was resolved within 12hours. Thank you very much.

location is walking distance to the city center and the bus station just right outside( bus stop 13 ) the whole apartment is new and spacious, we have five people and each of us can enjoy with our space they provide a lot of kitchenware with make cooking easier, and the supermarket is not far away with elevator

Room/s were spacious - new and bathroom was huge and unit was clean and excellent and well located close to the city centre

Very poor entry instructions - confusing - why gove a key and a FOB key and not explain that the key isnt required? Very frustrating to get such misleading instructions after travelling 4000 kms. Had to phone 4 times to clarify both the main entry and room process No WIFI passcode available unless you phone for it. 1 only (Icelandic) channell on the TV- no English speaking channels. (missing CI module keeps coming up). Advertisement says there is Netflix but you have to use your own login and internet speed is too slow anyway

The location was very central which was great! Grocery shopping was close which was a definite plus! Loved the communication with the host! Super responsive and very very helpful! The free parking was amazing... Especially with all the snow/weather while I was there. Definitely the biggest perk and what made the price make more sense! The apartment was very clean which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked as far as cooking utensils/pots, pans and small appliances you might need. Finding the entrances was a bit tricky but not as difficult as others have made it out to be. 🙂

These aren't necessarily dislikes... Just personal preferences. It was kind of... Cold. Not temperature wise but it felt kind of basic I guess. The couch was super uncomfortable...even just to sit on to read a book. I can't imagine sleeping on it. I could've made do though if there had been some sort of "comfort" item...a simple throw pillow or throw blanket would have been very welcome on those days that the weather kept me inside. Also, a better towel set would have been great. What was there seemed very old and stiff and scratchy. I ended up buying my own. Some shampoo/conditioner would have also been welcome...but there was body wash which was nice! ❤️ Lastly, the view is not the greatest. You can see a playground and lots of other apartments and a wee span of the ocean but that's about it. Again, none of this is bad! Just my personal taste. ❤️

Since we are family of 8, we had struggles in using the bathroom since there is only 1 bathroom in the apartment.

The accommodation was in a great location. It was super clean and absolutely comfortable. The building is very secure as well as the parking which was very nice as well.

Good size one bedroom apartment for a couple. Very clean and cosy. Kitchen was fully equipped, washer and dryer were new and easy to use. Location was within walking distance to city centre and therefore very convenient. Secured parking was provided in locked underground garage.

Although TV has streaming services like Netflix, the wifi was not able to cope; resulting in frequent start and stop during streaming.

Really impressed by the 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in and it was dven better than jn the photos. It was clean, spacious and airy and loved the style of the decor. Everything we needed was there, incl coffee machine, large American fridge/freezer (we were on a budget, so catered in a fair bit) and cooking facilities/utensils. There were loads of towels, which is always good plus tolietires such as handwash and shower gel. Having laundry facilities was helpful, esp the tumble dryer after a wet walk behind a waterfall! The beds were very comfy. The location was perfect just off the main Laugavegur street and near the Hlemmur Mathol food market. We had 2 cars in our party, and the apt host organised an extra parking spot for us in the underground car park. The host was helpful and replied to any questions quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Not much! It took us a while to figure out how to get into the car park (the button to open the door isn't right at the entrance, but instead as you turn into the road down). But that was more us being dense!

One toilet and bath for 6 persons is not enough, everyone was waiting especially in the morning before going to the tours. Under the bed is not clean.
