I liked the late check-in times. I also appreciated the laundry detergent at the front desk.

I did not like having to pick up & drop off the garage pass at the Whistler Premier of the Chamois Hotel so far away from Lake Placid Lodge. A lock box in the hotel room should be set up for that purpose.

Sorted out our rental issues, but it was a long process that I pursued, not them. I was originally sent on my way and told to contact Booking.com after a mix up. (45 minute wait on hold with bookings.com ) 3 hours later and we found ourselves pushing for assistance of some kind. Thankful to finally get a room, not in the original location but glad for it just the same. They did make it sound a lot better then it was however, especially given it was missing a number of standard items I felt we paid for. No phone, no hair dryer, no dish soap for the kitchen, next to the lobby. I booked at least 4 to 6 weeks before arrival. One chair on the patio for 3 guests and it was torn in half. The quality was lacking for the $300plus we paid per night.

In town, and pleased with the on duty Manager’s ability to help us, the customer verses the others telling us to basically deal with it ourselves.

Room was clean, spacious. Nice there was parking right outside our suite. Great that there was washer and dryer in our suite, but no laundry soap. We had to wash our towels after use, no extra towels, and only enough for two people. Suite is for 4 people.

Had to pick up parking pass and code to enter 5 km away. Parking underground was very very narrow stalls. Room occupancy was for 4, but enough towels for 2 people. No conditioner, just very small bottle of shampoo and hand lotion.

I didn't like. We found apartment not clean. Nobody told us about over $200 extra charges. That's happened few days after we left. What a horrible service. I don't recommend that.
