This was a nice property. Alex was an excellent host and very responsive.
However, there are a few things that need replacing in the unit. The replacements items should include the couch, comforters on some of the beds, front door may need some type of blinds/weather stripping replaced as the draft coming from outdoors was very cold and the pots and pans for cooking where the inside of the pans were too scratched for cooking, causing your food to stick. Also, the unit should be sprayed as there were lady bugs in the bathroom shower window in the room on the level with the kitchen. I sprayed with raid and it killed them, but they started to appear the night before we checked out on Tuesday.
One ding was the sheets on the bunk beds located downstairs in the room closest to the garage. The sheets and comforter were dirty and stained like they had not been changed before we arrived. I had to cover the sheets on beds with sheets that were in the dryer that had already been washed so that the bed could be slept in and this room was very cold at night.
Overall, this was a nice property and I would highly recommend if you are in the Nashville area.

House accommodated everyone great. The location was easy Uber ride to anywhere. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Alex was great with quick responses to any questions. The beds and pillows are so comfortable! Just a couple housekeeping items. Need some updated wash clothes and one set of sheets were stained. But easy fixes! Would so recommend to friends!!!

Had a great weekend celebrating Birthday's! The Nash Nest was perfect for our large group of 10. So nice that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Our host Alex was great to work with. Will be back!

6 people 55-60 range, all first timers to Nashville, house was perfect size, the weather wasn't the best (definitely be prepared because it's a lot walking). We needed to reach out to the owner with questions and his response time was excellent!

Property manager very easy to work with & kind.
The property on the other hand was below average. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s that had kitchen & bathrooms fully stocked w/essential amenities. This property had marginal necessities & the sofa was filthy & old. It truly needs to b replaced. With that being said, we did have a great with friends.

We recently stayed here while in Nashville for a bachelorette party and it was amazing. We felt safe the entire time and the location is great. Just a 5-10 minute Uber to Broadway with good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Alex was so communicative the entire time and even gave us food suggestions prior to us getting there. He checked in with us to make sure everything was going well which meant a lot to us being in a city we weren’t familiar with. My friends and I have already been talking about coming back and staying here just because of how awesome our entire experience was!

We were a group of 8 to celebrate my 40th Birthday and also our first time in Nashville! The Nash Nest was the most Perfect property! Everything was neat and clean & The beds were SO comfy too! The rooftop was the best for winding down after a night on broadway! And the photo backdrops were the perfect touch! We had so much fun using the props that Alex had already provided! He was a great host and answered every question we had as well as checking in with us when we arrived to make sure all was well. We will definitely be back to Nashville and will book with Alex again!

We had an excellent stay at the Nash Nest! It was perfect for what we needed. There were 8 of us - (4 couples) and the layout worked out perfectly. Just about a 10 minute drive to broadway and there were some hidden gems in the neighborhood. Our host was great to deal with and very responsive! Would absolutely stay here again and 10/10 would recommend!

I planned a bachelorette for my best friend and there were 11 of us girls. We all had plenty of space to sleep/move around. The house was spotless! Looks exactly like it did in the pictures. There was a cute little coffee shop a minute down the street that we walked to every morning. Broadway was only a 10-15 minute Uber depending on traffic. Everything was close! We never had to drive more than 15 minutes to get anywhere. We all felt safe in the neighborhood and the host was very helpful and easy to get ahold of! If you’re thinking about booking this place, just do it!! We had the best experience here!

This property was perfect for 4 couples celebrating a 40th birthday. The setup with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was exceptional. Tons of cute touches and backdrops for photos. It was helpful to have the garage, and the location was great - a $10-$15 Uber ride to Broadway. The property was clean and well-cared for. The rooftop patio was beautiful and comfortable.

Recently stayed at the Nash Nest for our girls trip and it was a great experience!
The 4 bedrooms and 4 baths were great for our group of 6. We also commented that with the set up it would be a great property for a couples trip too with plenty of room. The photo wall and props were a fun addition that added to our experience.
In terms of the property itself, it was clean and we all commented that the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and supplies. We didn’t have a car but there was ample parking available. The rooftop space was cute and appealing as was all the decor in the unit
The location was close to the airport and an easy ride share ride to downtown. In addition, our host was very responsive and a great communicator!

My 3 high school buddies and I travel each summer to play golf. We chose Nashville and found this property. The price was very reasonable and the house was awesome. Plenty of space to sleep and plenty of bathrooms. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The deck on top was fun to hang out on. It was a little hot at time but in the shade it was fantastic. We had 3 cars and plenty of space to park them. The house was an easy uber ride to the Nashville scene and close to grocery and other stores. I would book this house again anytime I travel to Nashville.

Anytime I go back to Nashville, I am 100% rebooking to stay here!! Not only was Alex amazing and extremely accommodating, the place was perfect for a group of friends. The main area we got sooo many cute pics with the moss green wall. They had extra cowboy/girl hats there which was a nice surprise for outfit changes. Super clean and honestly felt like we were ballers. I love how there was 3 levels plus the rooftop so at the end of the night, we all had our privacy and bedrooms aren’t right on top of each other (if you know what I mean). There is literally not one bad thing I could say about this place. Super cool vibe. And a bonus for me was that there was a fan in the bedroom. I’m one of those people that cannot sleep without a fan. I didn’t want to leave !! 10/10.

We were a group of 15 and 12 of us stayed in this property. The place was absolutely perfect! So much room, very up to date and clean. Alex is a great host, and very good at communicating. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay. House is perfect for a group who wants to be together yet yea h have their own space. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms there is no problem with everyone getting ready to go out on the town.

My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights and we loved everything about it! Alex was very accommodating and communication with him was great! We were celebrating a birthday and bachelorette and the setups in the house were perfect for taking pictures. Location is a less than a 10 min Uber drive to Broadway. We will def be staying here again next time we visit Nashville!

Great place for 4 couples - 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Only comment is it is probably not for older people - lots of stairs. Living area is small but would be just fine for younger people just needing place to stay. Also... the couch does need to be replaced. Very clean.

The property was amazing! It’s got so much space, the rooms are spread out & every room had a connecting bathroom for plenty of privacy!
It was very clean and decorated with “insta worthy” backdrops :) not to mention the private rooftop!
The house is a quick 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway, a mile to the grocery story & there’s an amazing coffee shop on the corner!
The host was phenomenal as well! He sent a message checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, replied to any messages quickly, and the checkout list was minimal compared to other rental properties.
The entire group was impressed with this house and we would all highly recommend this property to friends!

The house was perfect for 4 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Very spacious. The rooftop balcony was great for hanging out. We visited the coffee shop a block down the road every morning and loved it as well. Alex was very accommodating with checking in and out as we were all coming and going on different days. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had such a good experience. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! A group of friends came down for my bachelorette party and we unfortunately experienced a bad storm that knocked out the power. Alex was more than accommodating and helpful the entire time and before and after we stayed there! The house was beautiful and we will definitely be back!
