Beautiful cabin and view! Location is perfect. Comfortable beds, privacy on each floor and plenty of bathrooms a plus. Kitchen was furnished with everything you need. Kids loved games and theater room. I read reviews on floors being dirty sometimes but our main problem wasn't the actual dirtiness of the floors but there were some peices of candy laying on top of pool table under edges (tootsie roll and hard candies) and unfinished hard candy under bed stuck to carpet in bunk room and a couple on staircase. Candy and popcorn was left in floor in the theater room. Change was laying in bathroom behind door (2 bathrooms). Kitchen counter was sticky and had tape stuck to it, refrigerator was filthy on outside with handprints with food on the handle and the garbage can lid was covered in sticky food and looked like liquid spilled all over it and they just left it. Light switches were dirty in main living area and a couple of bathrooms and bedrooms. We recleaned all areas mentioned. Windows were pretty dirty too. Cleaner wasn't very thorough. Overall we would stay again for sure. Owner was so nice and helpful!!

Beds were comfy, house was well supplied and everything worked as listed. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Only complaint is floors were a bit dirty and one of the remotes was missing from the theater room.

We enjoyed the cabin, it was spacious and very close to all of the locations we wanted to visit. Our family enjoyed the movie room and the spacious bedrooms. The owner was very helpful in our conversations. The check in was so Convenient. We would definitely stay again.

It was a total of 5 couples that stayed in this cabin. It was more than enough room for all of us and plenty of entertainment. I really enjoyed the theatre rom as well. We will definitely recommend to others ! Great experience.

The location and property is nice but it could use a deep clean and some updating. We had a good time but there wasn't even a broom for us to sweep up inevitable messes that happened. The wifi was very spotty but honestly the only ones it bothered were the young ones. Overall we were happy with everything just minor issues.

We had an absolute blast at this cabin, the beds are super super comfy. The cabin is very well equipped and spacious, the game room was awesome the kids loved it as well as all of the adults. It’s so close to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. My only complaint is that it needs a good deep cleaning but regardless I would stay there again. When I say deep cleaning I just mean the blinds, carpet and floors the beds and sheets and bathrooms were all clean.

There was plenty of room for all of us, including at the dining room table. Daytime was spent at either Pigeon Forge or downtown Gatlinburg and the evenings were spent at the cabin. We had rainy, cold weather that weekend, so we didn't get a whole lot of deck time or time in the hot tub, but that was OK with us. Shortly after our arrival, we noticed that the TV's did not work properly. We called the property owner and eventually a technician came out to fix the DirecTV connection. After that, all but one TV worked. Luckily, the internet was fine and the kids were able to view their programs on their tablets, so that saved the adult sanity. As stated in other reviews, when we arrived at the cabin, the floors were dirty and sticky. The blinds and ceiling fans had not been dusted in quite a while. Not that we are super picky, but the owner's are clearly not getting their money's worth out of the cleaning crew . Overall, it was a fun trip and the cabin was fine. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but being able to fit all of us into one place was what we wanted and that was what we got! If you are looking for a true luxurious hotel-like experience, you will not get it at this cabin (or probably any cabin in this complex). There is not "bed turndown" service at night, and the towels are not replaced daily like it would in a hotel. However, we didn't expect that so it was fine.

First of all I'd like to say that this neighborhood in this location is absolutely perfect. You're away from the hustle and bustle but downtown Gatlinburg is maybe 5 to 6 minutes away. And it's an awesome strip. There are three balconies on this place one has a hot tub. They are all equally beautiful. Very comfortable beds too, arguably the most comfortable beds I've ever stated in during a trip. Our group was eight people. About seven adults and two toddlers. I know that adds up to nine but we'll count it as eight. Everybody really had a good time. The bedrooms are all far enough apart to wear you're not on top of each other and the common areas are nice as well. You'll spend most of your time in the kitchen, dining room, living room area, and you also spend a ton of time in the game room downstairs. There are two cabinet games and a movie room. There's also an air hockey table and a pool table. My only complaints about this place is strictly regarding the amenities. The outside of the house and the inside are very well built, but everything used to fill the house is slacking significantly. Cheap coffee maker, blender, toaster, cheap tables, cheap chairs, incredibly poor internet, those are the things that usually put a place over the edge for me. The Wi-Fi was rough, nobody could really use it and traveling with toddlers released want to be able to have some availability to watch movies and shows. We weren't able to do any of that but it definitely helped us spend more time together. I would just use your service instead of the internet here. Also, all of the TVs used direct TV. Which is arguably the worst TV provider of all time. If you're trying to watch something, it's going to cut out at least every 4 or 5 minutes. Pass also did not include any detergent or anything for dishes, or paper towels, or toilet paper. A lot of these I can completely understand but you just want to be prepared for this when you travel there. All in all, I would definitely give it a solid four stars. We had a really nice time and aside from the rough amenities, we were able to really enjoy our stay by doing a lot of good hikes, watching a lot of sunsets from the deck, and spending some nights in the hot tub. The host is brilliant and incredibly responsive.
