Overall good location. 1. Game room - most games were not working 2. Downstairs was really required to change carpet and need to be clean… bugs 3. Rent was a bit high Otherwise all good…. Good part is 9 bed room and 7 full bath - nice

We brought our students to this house for their senior trip because the size would be enough to fit all of them including some chaperones, and the amenities would be entertaining enough for them during the times we were in the house. Although the house was big, it did seem a little more spacious in the pictures. There needed to be a little more attention to detail when it came to certain things like garbage bags, laundry detergent and dishwashing(er) liquid being available for the guests to use. One of the dishwashers was not working properly, and neither did one of the driving games. The double shower head in the master bathroom was nice, but the water pressure needs to be a bit stronger for that to be an A+ feature to the house. The same goes for the tub in the master because I went to take a bath in the jacuzzi tub and it took far too long to fill up. Also the water was running cold before it even reached the jets, so I just 86’ed the bath. The hot tub needed to be cleaned because it smelled of mildew, and maybe there should be some type of description or map of how far into the mountains this cabin is. Because our bus driver had a difficult time getting up the mountain when he initially dropped us off and then could not and would not come all the way up to the house to get us for the remainder of the trip. Which led to us having to hike down the mountain to meet him, and back up again when he dropped us off which I'm sure could be very difficult for people with little ones, and/or elderly. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. I feel like if those few things are fixed, this will definitely become a 5 star house for all who stay. 4 out of 5 stars.

Everything in the house was in order. Not far from the city of Gatlinburg but still high up in the mountains. Very calm and quiet area. The negatives: Rooms are not as big as they appear in the picture. There is a good grill but it needs some good grilling accessories. The neighbor has a black dog which is never on leash. It always came out to the street barking at the morning walkers. Overall, a good place for a family vacation.

We had a great family vacation! There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids and adults both loved the game room. One of the fast and furious games didn’t work the steering wheel did not turn. And the bathrooms weren’t all supplied with toilet paper. All in all the place was fantastic. Parking was ok we were able to park 7 suvs and a motor home. We enjoyed ourselves and plan on returning to Gatlinburg.

The cabin was exactly as pictured. The property management and maintenance was very attentive and came out quickly when we had issues. The rooms are spacious and common areas fit the 25+ guests comfortably. Most of the games downstairs weren't working properly which was a bummer. We also had issues with mill worms taking over the carpet downstairs hopefully they fix this. Overall this was a great cabin and would recommend to a large group.

Check in was delayed by two hours even after receiving the notification that it was ready Cleaning crew was still cleaning while our party was waiting outside Lacked cleanliness and there were centipedes everywhere

Overall a fun experience. Plenty of utensils towels and pillows. Game room was the highlight. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was good. Parking was a little tight. Overall an awesome week
