This property needs to update its photos and layout of the property as it appears to be ground floor entrance but the main floor is 1.5 flights up so is not elderly accessible. The Vacasa only communicates via text for issues - said they would get an onsite manager to access but that person never called back. Terrible communication as we brought needing elderly partially handicap individual onsite upon payment.

Communication and just texting some apparent computer that said "we are sorry our onsite manager will contact you about a suitable location close" then crickets so our family had to bring over our nephew to carry our 80 yr old mother up to the second floor (which is 1.5 flights up with only one handrail ) to the main floor where she sat for the week. Terrible representation of the property which I brought up concerns of such before payment. Yes there is a ground floor bedroom and bath but how the heck was she gonna join us for dinner or heaven forbid need to access the second floor kitchen.
