Cheng showed great attention to detail before and upon arrival. The suite was well appointed and very clean. The property was also nicely maintained and modern. The Hilton Hawaiian Village, though large, has many options and is comfortable walking distance to much more. Great location and overall fantastic.

The penthouse had a beautiful view with three balconies.

This condo had the most amazing view off the front proceh. Perfect for scoping out the pools, watching the fireworks and seeing miles of ocean. The condo was so clean and the ownewer was very easy to commu ocate with. The staff of the GW is also super helpful. We loved being here for a week and exploring the village . This condo is at the end of the village and it does take some times to get down the elevator and to anything. Hard for older adults.

great location and beautiful unit

We had a great time. This location was beautiful and convenient.

This was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! The penthouse was very clean, spacious and each bedroom had their own bathroom. 2 bathrooms are connected and one across the hall from a bedroom. And nice to have washer/dryer in the unit with a full kitchen. Cheng made check-in very easy, met us to give us the wristband keys, beach towels cards, dvd rental card and tour of unit. The front balcony (there are 3!) gave a fantastic view of the fireworks. It is supplied and replenished with travel size shampoo/conditioner/body wash/moisturizer. We loved the penthouse lounge with complimentary daily breakfast, snacks and drinks during day, and appetizers with beer & wine in evening. The property has everything you could possibly need and never need to leave. We had a party of 5 and they always had large taxis waiting at lobby to hop in and go so we stopped using Lyft. Rented a Turo for the day to explore and parked at the marina ($1/hr). So many shops and restaurants on site. Wonderful penthouse and resort!!

We had some trouble with flight cancellations that ended up changing our arrival time by several hours, Cheng was very accommodating to those changes. Communication was great! The kitchen was well socked, the beds and rooms were comfortable and worked perfect for our group of three couples. The view was Incredible. We very much enjoyed out stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The three bedroom was plenty of room for our party of seven. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular day and Night. We could see some of the city as well as a clear view of the ocean and a prime view for the fireworks on Friday night. The balcony doors also had top locks. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, all day snacks and drinks, and happy hour in the penthouse lounge. As a note- the unit does come with beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and a hair dryer. Cheng met us upon arrival and had already checked in. He answered all of our questions and was available whenever we needed him. He was extremely nice to work with. The property was very nice and large with lots of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the beach, the lagoon, and the pools. The pools were quite chilly in January and I thought many times that we would have preferred warmer water temps. There were hot tubs but they were crowded with people warming up from the pool water. Overall, I would recommend the unit whole heartedly and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
