The condominium was spacious, modern, with two nice bathrooms and very comfortable beds.

The condominium is located right by a very busy freeway so it is very noisy at all times. We could not sleep without ear plugs. The floor and carpet was not cleaned, we complained, but they didn’t send the cleaning staff over.

The condo was fantastic. Very close to mile high stadium. Private parking was priceless.

Condo itself was great and was an easy walk to Ball Arena! Toiletries provided were best in class. The condo had an incredible scent!

Communication with staff was very poor. Door codes were updated without our knowledge and we found ourselves locked out of the building at 10pm. I asked several questions leading up to and during the stay that were ignored - one was finally answered after the third time I asked it. One of the issues we had was that the remote control that was used.to control the fan in the bedroom was no where to be found. We could not use the fan and wish we would have been able to. We asked and again were ignored.

how clean and modern everything was

the fact that we didn’t have access to the rooftop, having to pay an expensive fee and reserve to be able to gain access. I was not aware of that when I booked the stay.

The location was perfect. It’s right off the highway and near everything! It also has a beautiful view and big balcony.

The garage keypad messed up on our last day of the trip.

We had one request and they worked with us which was very much appreciated because we traveled with our 15 month grandson. Thank you! Easy check in.

Just a little noisy with the freeway and clean the stains off the rug in the living room, other than that this was PERFECT.
