I would like to say the hotel services is wonderful, the room is big and very comfortable, very close to the Kanazawa station, easy to find and I will come again if I come to Kanazawa!

Loved the large American sized room. Property was clean, modern, located in a beautiful area and near a train station.

The library on site was a very nice reading/relaxation room. We enjoyed the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Really liked that both sides of the bed had outlets (a rarity in our experience in Japan!) and the convenience to the train station and bus stops was ideal.

Very modern centrally located hotel. Staff was helpful. When we arrived later than we should have for breakfast the kitchen staff slightly bent the closing time to accommodate us to our great appreciation. Generous sized room. Very clean. Nice stay.

Stayed four nights at the Mystays Premier to explore Kanazawa / Ishikawa-ken / Shirakawa-ko. The hotel itself is about 300-400 meters from Kanazawa Station (west exit, easy walk); the bus from Komatsu Airport (1,300 yen) arrives in front of the station. Quick, easy check in at 3:00 p.m. Spacious room. I had a rental car for a couple of days, and I was able to park it (1,500 yen per night) in the hotel's garage (enter on the back side of the buidling). I didn't use the hotel's restaurant, so I cannot comment on breakfast / lunch / dinner. There are plenty of good restaurants at the station, and there is a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel entrance. As other reviewers have pointed out, the hotel cleaning staff could do a better job of cleaning (vacuuming?) as I found several long, black hairs in the bathroom / on the carpet. Overall, I had no problems.

The room and facility is very clen. Room size is large with japan standard. Location is close to either bus or train station in 8-10 min walk.

The room was relatively big when compared with other hotel rooms in Japan. It was clean and hygienic. The hotel is highly recommendable.

Amazing hotel, clean and comfortable and right in the centre. And much cheaper than other hotels that cannot come close to this one. Only drawback was that there was no onsen, but overall definitely recommended

Spacious and clean room with friendly staff. Had to pay for parking off site which was disappointing. There was no warning about that when making the reservation. This made for a negative initial feeling. And no tissues in the room! As long as you are willing to pay extra for parking and bring your own tissues, you’ll enjoy your stay.

Very clean&comfortable

We stayed here for 3 nights to just enjoy the historic city of Kanazawa. Our room had two large, comfortable twin beds, big screen TV, great amenities for a Japanese hotel (mini-refrigerator, tea kettle, decent size bath tub), and two lounge chairs in a room and extra room to spread out a couple suitcases. There is paid parking attached to the hotel that needs reservations, staff were all friendly. A few minute walk to Kanazawa station that has access to all the buses to all the sites, some you can walk to or ride a bicycle. Lovely town. Quiet. Breakfast was plentiful.

Check-in staff weren't particularly attentive or helpful - there was a lot of information arranged on the counter about closure of facilities due to the coronavirus, but the staff didn't explain any of these or offer anything other than 'here's your key'. I'm also not used to not being acknowledged by staff in Japanese hotels when exiting or entering the property - not that this is a big issue, but to me it points to a lack of attention to detail. Only a couple of staff ever greeted me. The room itself had seen better days - there were quite a lot of marks on the walls, although the cleaning stuff were excellent and very friendly. So not an awful place to stay but very meh - it gave me the impression that it thinks it's one of the hottest hotels in town but it really isn't.

Can walk within 8 mins to Kanazawa stn, very new hotel, provides a comprehensive range of toiletries, clean room & comfortable 4 single beds, space big enough to put 3 nos of 26" luggages, heater warm enough, nearby have a popular ramen noodle shop大'

The room we stay is very comfortable and big, surprising the price not too expensive and near to train station.

Hugh and comfortable hotel rooms. Located in a quiet location. But we had a lot of luggages with us and it takes about 10-15 mins to walk to the hotel from the train station with luggages. So if you don't have a lot of luggages with you, this may be a good choice. Very strict 3pm check-in time. There is also a 7-11 next to it which is convenient if you need to grab some snacks or drinks before getting back to the hotel.
