The location was great as it was close to the seaside in a quiet neighbourhood and also not too far from Piran for those who want to visit both Piran and Portorož. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable. Since it had a balcony, it was possible to have breakfast there with a beautiful view of the sea, as well as hang any laundry if you have any.

There were a couple of big spiders in the bathroom that weren’t really harmful but unpleasant nonetheless. Also, the villa is on a hill and is reached by walking a lot of stairs so I suggest taking a taxi if you are travelling with heavy luggage.

Since you are asking, there is no breakfast but there are two shops in the proximity where one can buy bread, butter, yoghurt and other groceries. One above apartments Volk and one below. By the time one returns from the shop one will be properly hungry. Otherwise, the best features of this apartment are the view and air conditioning. Everything else functions well. If you don't mind breaking some sweat on the slope, the location is also pretty good because you can decide if you want to visit the beach in Portorož, Piran or Fiesa, All of them are 15-20 minutes away.

You get what you see in the photos and if you are satisfied with everything that is in the photos then your expectations should not be unreasonably high. At times I did not like the location (top of the steep hill) but I knew that prior to my reservation. plus, the location makes the view. Nothing to complain about ...
