Centrally located to the downtown area and public transportation making access to points of easy.

We enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. The location was great for travel because of its location for walking to restaurants and shops. The Vrbo was safe and clean with a nice air conditioning unit. We do wish to have understood better this unit is through a “chain” of Vrbos so I received phones calls from Oralando area codes. Also because of this when you message the property you do get timely responses, however it will always be from a different associate. We were aware of the parking not being guaranteed on site, however the cost is $40 per night and must be in cash. The resort staff and security team on property were very friendly and helpful. A pool and laundry as on site but we never used the facilities. We enjoyed our time and the property.

Hotel was wonderful nice front desk, security and the valey parking attendance. Very nice service and enjoyed the swimming pool Very clean and beautiful. I recommended this Hotel to all my friends and family. Thankfully will be reserving for my next vacation Aloha and Mahalo

We stayed during ‘off season’ mid-May and there was zero onsite parking for ‘privately owned units’. All available onsite parking is given to timeshare units. The location is perfect for downtown/Waikiki beach activities. Loved the room and it’s perfect for a no-frills stay close to town. Other than parking it’s a 5 star review

Worked great for me

Great location! Easy checkin & communication. Upon arrival, bed linens were sparse and did not match photo. A comforter was provided upon request. Listing showed outdoor common area that we did not have access to - security informed us that only hotel guests had access. We could everywhere. Pool, lobby, laundry, staff were very nice. My first experience among dozens where the photos were not completely accurate. It was a good stay though and we were able to experience all that Waikiki offered!

Great location for park, Waikiki beach, shopping and eating. All within walking distance. Beautiful pool area and barbecues, private with grass and palm trees. Had a nice lanai, but lots of traffic noise. Construction going on as well. Jack hammering and dogs barking. Hotel was beautiful with marble floors in foyer and fourth floor. Staff was beyond nice and helpful. Beautiful place to stay.

This is an overall good, decent place to stay the night while in Waikiki. Location is just a few blocks away from the beach and shopping center. They provide beach chairs and towels. It was fairly clean and the onsite manager was prompt to answer my phone calls. There is available valet parking that the owner/manager had told me would charge $36 per night. It ended up being $40 per night, actually. A few recommendations to make the customer's experience more pleasant: *Fix or change the door lock and or key! The door does not open with a card or code, you are given an actual key that does not open on the first try. We had to call the onsite security person to come and open the door for us; not ideal when you're just arriving tired from a long flight. When I called the onsite manager, he basically told me to "just wiggle it and be patient until the door opens". *Get a bigger, newer coffee maker and provide a hair blow dryer. *Check the shower drainage. Water gets stuck while showering. Lastly, something that I found an issue but is out of the owner's control is the noise. It could get noisy at night with traffic from outside plus the air conditioning/cooler . . . and be ready to hear random gunshots in the middle of the night. There are some interesting townhouses right next to the hotel.
