Absolutely nothing

It was spacious,sophisticated and with high maintenance standards ( house keeping )..We received the best Customer Care from Shannon and the team at reception and I would refer or recommend it to anyone in the near future.

Nothing - Everything was perfect

Very tastefully decorated, spacious rooms, good proximity to Orchard Road and food alternatives. Rooftop bar was a nice setting and view. Courtesy car facility was a bonus.

Courtesy car service only starts at 11am, not possible to take it for breakfast options.

The location is good a short walk to Orchard Road and the Botanical Gardens. The room were ok, if not a little tired.

There is a construction site next door which operates all day, this has been going on for over 1year and will into the future. No one told us prior to booking, this would have influenced our decision. It was way overpriced for what it was, we were told the hotel is 3years old but looks older and needs TCL. We requested tap water for dinner but was told we had to buy bottled water instead. There is only powered milk in the room, so you have to ask for milk at the restaurant at breakfast.
