It was spacious and well laid out.

The pool was too cold and needs a solar cover and the barbecue area needs an outdoor table and a shade.

Beautiful, spacious villa with an awesome pool. Our family of seven (grandparents, parents, young adult and a 4yo) enjoyed it thoroughly. Every morning we practiced yoga at sunrise and swam in the pool. Used the outdoor grill twice for seafood dinners. The view was great and the location perfect for exploring Heraklion and the eastern part of Crete. The villa has a lift, which helped grandparents navigate the multiple floors with ease. The cleaning lady came every 3 days and did everything with care, lovingly arranging our 4yo's bed with his pajamas and Teddie bear each time. Last, but not least, Petros was an amazing host. So welcoming, warm and helpful. He's always available to answer questions and even showed us how to build fire from wood in the grill. Thanks for making our family reunion so memorable.

The laundry machine was broken, but Giannis and Petros arranged for the cleaning lady to do our laundry free of charge. They took great care that everything is done right.

This villa is amazing,it has everything you need for a great and comfortable stay.Petros the manager is absolutely fantastic,he organised everything from taxis to restaurants,he really is a fantastic human who goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Will definitely return to this beautiful property. The owner is also really accommodating and makes sure you can access the villa / leave the villa as early or late as he can possibly arrange. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay and for looking after us so well. Would highly recommend this place.

Everything was just perfect! Petros was very kind and gave us great tips. The villa is in a great location, perfect view, perfect pool, perfect rooms and fully equipped. We will definitely come back 😊

We spent a week at Villa Ginger (7 adults and 2 children) and enjoyed it very much. The villa is spacious, well furnished and well equipped, great swimming pool. The host was very accommodating, giving us a late check out. Petros, who was our main contact, was very helpful. After three days, the house was cleaned, all towels and linen changed. We appreciated it very much. The host offered us olive oil, fruits... Convenient to go to the airport and in a quiet village.

On the first day, the house was cold (the week before was very cold in Crete) and there were only thin blankets. The host and Petros solves this problem, turning on AC/heating for the first night and then bringing warmer blankets the second day. We even got a box of warm cookies to apologize. Roads in Crete are not all in good shape, and it was not always easy to go from the villa to the places we wanted to visit. The best was often to first go to Heraklion and then use larger roads. A suggestion: the two rooms with one single bed each could have double beds instead.
