Location is right next to the tram station. And the Union square is within a block.
Quality to the new updates inside the rooms are ok. Not the greatest quality. Our shower wall had an FRP patch on the ceramic tile which makes the remodel look cheap. Attention to details were not taken.

Property is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of union Square next to the street cars and next to shopping and next to the public transportation. Check in with smooth and the lobby seems to be going under a little bit of an upgrade, but the room was comfortable, and you can’t beat the convenience.

Great location for getting around and to and from airport.
Staff were friendly but not over the top. Wine reception each evening 5-7 was a nice touch and the free wifi very helpful.
Bed was super comfortable and big.
Due to the location expect plenty of noise from nearby building works.
Bathroom would benefit from upgrade.

There was no breakfast facility.
The location was good.
The rooms are basic, but comfortable, however the hot water came out brown on my last night there, and in the morning there was no hot water running. Front desk did not know about this.
