Close to village. Kitchen space was great. Hot tub was awesome. Clean and comfy.

Exercise room was a lot of unused space. Could have used another bed. Basement room with TV and bed was awkward.

Great location, 10 minute Uber to Collingwood, spacious chalet and comfortable beds.

The size of the place, able to fit our entire party of 6 adults and 6 kids.

The registration process, the multitude of emails and texts. Needing to do multiple forms, needing to provide passport id?. Also property requesting alternative card payment for a huuuuuge deposit, than otherwise provided with booking.com. the multitude of texts reminding you to exit premises by 11 else they would apply charges. Not my first time checking out of a place so abiding by the rules is a given. Never experienced this anywhere else. Not to mention needing to bring own sheets and towels (at least they warned us about that in advance). But towels? I used booking.com for lots of trips in Europe and Canada, especially Collingwood since there really are not too many places to visit in the two hour range.. This booking was the most stressful. Will never book with this property again.

Great location very clean had all amenities/supplies spacious

the rooms in the main floor and basement were cold no hot water in main floor shower keurig coffee machine smelled of vinegar and couldn’t be used no side tables or lamps in bedrooms

There was no breakfast. Location was good. Everything was exactly what was promised and then some. Only complaint but not really one was the remotes were missing for the downstairs TV and fire place.

Nothing everything was good.

Very clean, lots of room, great open space on the main floor with an open kitchen, dining and living area, 3 bathrooms with showers on all 3 floors

BBQ was very dirty (but someone came to clean it for us), some difficulty with the access code
