Great location and staff and food was good as well!

The bed needed to be replaced and light fixtures by the bed on both sides were covered in dust like they haven’t been touched in months.

The bed was comfortable.

There was mold around the bathtub; the bathroom door was warped as if it had water damage; the air handler had a filthy filter, as it had not been changed in over 6 months. The underside of the bathroom sink edge was filthy. There was also a small, round stain on the bed sheets of one of the beds in the room. The staff lost my package marked delivered to the mailroom by Fedex, before I arrived. Staff said they could not find it. When I arrived, the package was located. I had an Uber Eats order delivered on Friday morning. No one called our room to inform us of the delivery. Thankfully, the Uber Eats driver informed me. I sent my son and dad to get the food from the front desk. They were told no deliveries were made from Uber Eats and to check across the street. As they were about to leave the building, they were called back to get the order. My bottle of soda was included in the order, but was not given to my son or dad. I called down to the desk to ask about it and was told they did not know if it was included in my order, so they did not pass it to my son or dad. The dinner I ordered did not come with a salad. I was surprised, since the other entrees had sides. I did not like that dogs were allowed on the premises. Had I known, I would have stayed at a different hotel.

The beds in the rooms were spacious. The refrigerators need to be updated. They can fix some of the rusty parts in the room like in the restroom. The sinks ran slowly, but besides that it’s bigger than the Marriott and I went from the Hilton to the Marriott.

It’s a little old and rusty, and can be updated. At least the elevator in the aging structure.
