Everything is bad

Stay in that hell from Apr 20 to Apr 24, 2024. Do you want to ruin your vacation? To this hotel! Registration at the entrance - 45 minutes! Lack of information plates at the elevator (which button is responsible for which floor). The password from the beach doors worked for exactly 1 day. The pool doesn't work! There are cockroaches in the room!!!!! Mirrors that hold only with God's power. Broken bed, chairs, taps in the bathroom. I'm the first time in such a disgusting place in Miami! There is no help from the staff and will not be, no one cares about you.

It was a home away from home.

We book this place with booking.com but i think they co-lease to another company. After my reservation i got 3-4 different document to company for signing. Lease, parking term like that. After arrive to hotel we had to wait extra 2 hours for check-in because company didn't send reservation form to hotel. We called to company. They didn't understand what hotel need it. We have 6 adults and 1 children waited 2 hours to lobby! I am always stay this hotel for my last 3 christmas but this time lobby stuff is rude, unrespectful and no help to us! I am using booking.com maybe more than 10 years but this is last time. I won't be use this website again. I will use airbnb another time.
