The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is very safe and basically right on the water. There is a tourist police station half a block from the hotel

There is a bit of noise due to the other hotels and resort stile hotels in the area, but it is a vacation spot, so this was expected

Very happy with the service. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast were really good, good location.

Not super clean, some bugs in the bathroom. Most of locks on windows and balcony are broken. Overall the hotel is quite used and abused but everything worked fine. In the shower there's a little glass window to the hallway which is open for anyone to see. The pictures look better than the reality.

- Great value for a lovely room by the water - The property is right next to a larger beach club and resort that you can visit - The restaurant is really good - amazing breakfasts by the water in the mornings and good pizza for dinner - Lots of other bars and restaurants down the street to visit - a greek place, couple seafood places, and a good Mexican place

Fridge wasn't working but they fixed it after a couple days Don't count on the wifi being reliable - it was in and out for the whole stay. There's a coworking space called Cogarden down the street with reliable wifi ($15/day for a seat in the shared office)

poor management. whatever they mentioned in the booking.com was not there. Bathroom shower head was broken and there were no natural light at all. we stayed at the room next to the reception area and it’s always very noisy ( due to the kitchen next door and reception area ). Also , tv was never worked during our stay. Broken safe( locker ) and no hair dryers as they advertised in the adds.

the location is the best, beach is so near, the breakfast it was amazing. You don’t have so many options but everything is really delicious. You can have on the beach or in your room, or in lobby. Everything depends on you, but you can be sure that you will enjoy. You have good bar on the beach, they have all cocktails and also the food is amazing, believe me you will loved. Pizza one of the best 😍

the wife is not good in room

The staff was very friendly and they were always ready to help, although only a few people speak English and we needed an online translator most of the times. The food was good and not very expensive. The breakfast on the beach was really nice with a beautiful view.

The rooms were a little weird, it definitely needs some renovation and the first night when we arrived the sheets were all covered in sand, I don’t know if they had been changed at all. But after that they changed them very often and kept the room clean, so it was okay. The reception and the Beach bar were nice.

Staff was super friendly and helpful and the beach bar area was excellent. Food was decent, drinks we're good, and the massage I got from Jenny was excellent! Otherwise, the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

Room was a bit dark and the living area a bit bland, not super comfortable to hang out in. Also, there was button to turn on the heat for the shower, but it would only last for a minute two before getting luke warm - so make showers quick!

- the Manager from the Hotel really nice and friendly, he came straight to the reception to greet me - Angela the Bartender in the beach Bar amazing, you have to drink from her Piña Colada - Claudio from the Reception really helpful and friendly - i like very much the old fashioned designs (maybe a lot of guests don't like it, to be honest there are a lot of things to renovate but i really liked it how it is)

- Hot water system definitely needs upgrading - There are no shelves in the bathroom - Most of the employees only speak Spanish (you can get by, but it would be important for them to speak English too) - the portions of breakfast could be bigger

The hotel is basic but decent for a short stay. Great location near the beach plus they have a bar there where you can eat with the view as well. Two things I'd like to highlight for future visitors: 1 - personnel hardly speak any english so it would be best to learn basic phrases to order food, ask for water, etc. 2- breakfast options are alright, but lunch menu doesn't have any healthy/vegetarian options - just keep in mind if you are thinking of booking half board.

Very nice staff that helped whenever possible. The breakfast at the beach was phenomenal. You'll be able to have access to the beach 24/7 right in front of the hotel.

We had booked a room at the Green Coast Beach Hotel but when we arrived they said they had made a mistake and sent us to the Green Coast Hotel which is not on the beach and definitively not what we had booked and paid for.

The beach bar is amazingly beautiful. Directly on the beach and sea! It's just 1 second away from the hotel, just across a really small streetwhere don't drive cars really, because it's a dead end ! You can enjoy the breakfast there, get drinks in the night or just chill in the sun and listen to the music. The people who work there are really nice too and try to help you with all. Especially the young boy from the bar, he can speak English, Spanish and also German and helped me with all! Thanks!

The location of the hotel is strategic.

we arrived early, we asked for Erly checking, they were going to charge us $30 for that. the sofa-bed was on the floor and they didn't make it properly. The room has small upstairs that are not marked and are dangerous for one to fall. The breakfast hours are very short Only from 7 to 10 we arrived at 10:30 and they told us that they no longer had breakfast. The attention was very poorly, they weren’t friendly, the only one who was friendly was the guy from the night shift, who I asked for fresh towels and he brought them.

This hotel it's Spam and fraud, the picture it's not the real and it have very very bad smell and The person he is working in reception he is crime, he get all my bags up to the final floor 3 th floor without doing check in and when i go up and seeing the room it's very derty very very dirty and have insect so i went down stairs without Alevatour and i told him sorry i want to cancel and leave , please get my bags he said no , no bags you have to staying here after bad conversation i told him ok i will call uber and he will helping me When uber driver came and he accepted to go for get my bags He went with him up but after 4 minutes up the driver go down running away!! And he said no no no and running way I talked again withe the receptionist what happened what you said to him He said no bags no bags And he called his friend to come and closed the gate for the building me and my daughter was very scary then i called the emergency 911 for helping me i told him it's 911 he said i don't care i don't care the police listen to him and i but the speaker the the guy hear to the police i will come naw and i Shawn him on the mobile it's 911then he and his friend went up and get my bags and but it in the street in the mudy because it's raining and one of my bags get broken Because he threw it on the sidewalk

The temperature inside the room, although air conditioner is present there’s like 40 degrees diference between the bedroom and the living area and bathroom. The cleaning service does not exist and towels are not changed during your stay
