I liked the location very much.

Our room was so dirty and dusty. In general the hotel seems to lack cleaning and quality management. When I showed pictures of our room to the reception staff, they were very sorry and let us check out late as a compensation. And we agreed they would do a good clean of our room. The clean was ok, but it was still dirty, also the common areas need a better clean. Ps, if you like hard matresses, then this is the hotel for you.

Prima hotel op uitstekende locatie. Kamer niet groot maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke douche.

Loved the firm bed and the shower

desk area was a bit small, I did not like the lounge area lighting too bright

Beautiful, comfortable rooms and excellent bathroom spaces. Coffee machine and evening donut bar! We had a great view of Tokyo Skytree. Excellent value.

Breakfast buffet selection was excellent, but trays and jars were emptied rapidly and refilled hesitantly with huge delay

Location and stylish decor

Awesome place to stay, close to everything, and nice facilities. The buffet breakfast was really enjoyable and staff are fantastic.

The only thing for us was that the bed was pretty hard. Would be nice for an option of maybe topper pads for those of us that need a bed that is a bit softer.

Clean and pleasant environment. We had a comfortable stay.
