Ideal location for our needs .

The staff were amazing with the way they ran the place - I got in at 6am and they were able to accommodate that and allowed me up into my room early. They also were accommodating when leaving with the checkout time. I found that the cleaners did a great job of tidying up the apartments. Bonus - the beds were quite comfortable

Room was smaller than i am use to. The room I was in had some cracked tiles on the wall in the bathroom. It was totally fine and did not affect my trip or my room.

Bathroom got wet everywhere because it was small

Close proximity to an event we were attending. Air con sufficient to keep us comfortable in the heatwave weather.

There were brown marks on underside of top bunk mattress (looked like poo & kids refused to sleep under covers). At breakfast, the cup I chose was hot (assumed had just been washed), but it had lipstick marks on it. Bathroom located near the eating area was putrid- walls marked with god knows what, floor wet etc. Bathroom floor in our room became so wet at shower time that we had to use some towels like a fort, to stop water entering the main room. Advise not taking any change of clothes into bathroom as there’s nowhere safe from them becoming wet! The hotel isn’t easy to access from the main road- no parking & a steep flight of stairs up to reception (you need to be checked in already to open the door with a keycard anyway). Also, drop off/pick up access in back alley is limited + onsite carpark is tricky to get car in/out of.

Emplacement parfait, la vue sur la "city" , la chambre faite tous les jours, trains et bus à proximité, confort et insonorisation nickels ... Bref j'ai été comblé, et ça a rendu mon séjour à Sydney vraiment efficace .

Tout, même le personnel était à la hauteur, rien de négatif ...

Was pretty central to our needs. Reception staff lovely.

Room was putrid. Nothing was clean. Made me itchy. Housekeeping is appalling. Old pillows and protectors. Cutlery and cups glasses not clean. WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN.

The price is low. And staff is friendly.

There is a spider on the bed, when i pull back the quilts. I was bite. I booked a double-size-bed room. But i was been arranged in a room with one double bed and a bunk bed, the room is so crowded. The smell in the room is bad. The window cannot be opened.

Big enough room, great view. Stored luggage for us when we arrived early.

Location was a bit further than we realised for what we were planning to do. Room and bathroom could have been cleaner. Street entrance has steep stairs, so do go around the back for step free access

Location - super handy to kings cross station and walking distance to circular quay/cbd

The rooms are small. This isn't hidden in the photos, but be prepared for limited space.
