◆Vientiane観光拠点として、好立地。◎ ◆mini refrigerator(TOSHIBA製) に冷凍機能あり。◎ ◆bathroom doorが引き戸。◎ ◆bathroom toilet 横に water gun が装備それており清掃し易い。◎ ◆bathroom( without window) ceiling fan の換気(乾燥)性能が高い【床面の乾きが早い】。◎ ◆bedroom床面が概ね glass tile 張りの為、汚れが目立ち易く かつ 清掃し易い。◎ ◆＜complimentary＞buffet breakfast(6:30〜10:00) の日替りlocal food menuの中で、特に『Stir Fly Egg Noodle【Stir fried flat noodle wivh egg & cut bok choy＜青梗菜＞ & cut cabbage & black pepper upon fried onion & cut coriander】』が美味しかった【⑭泊中2度＜⑬・⑭(/14)食目＞提供された】。◎◎◎ ◆hotel staffs(reception・breakfast space・cleaning)の宿泊客対応が皆『誠実』。◎◎◎

◆Booking.comの予約時条件が＜ ※返金不可。 ※宿泊料金合計が『前払い』として、宿泊施設の任意のタイミングで請求されます。 ＞ となっていたにも関わらず、check in時、male reception staffから『(当hotelは)前払い請求(決済)をしていない』ので『現地支払』をするよう、要求された(その時点では『二重支払の可能性』を排除出来なかった為、Booking.comへの予約条件の確認をするよう求めたが『Booking.comの受付時間外』を理由に確認自体を拒否された)【Booking.comの予約時条件を『前払い不要 - 滞在時に宿泊施設へお支払いください』と 明記し直し、今後新たな宿泊予定者が、予約時に一切誤解することの無い様にすべき!!!!!】。×××××××××× ◆bedroom woody window(南東向き・開き戸 ×②枚)間に隙間【最大約5mm程度】がある【密閉されていない】為、常時、暖気 & bee・mosquio等の大量の小虫が室内に流入して来る為、不衛生!!!!!。⑭泊中(懸命に駆除しても)常時④〜⑤匹程度のmosquioが室内を舞っており、『毎日』身体の複数ヵ所を刺され続けた。また、④(/14)泊目早朝【20240323(土)am】には、queen bed 真上の ceiling light に十数匹のbeeが群がることがあった。【至急 woody window 全体の改修要!!!!!】××××××××××××××× ◆⑪(/14)泊目【20240329 (金)pm】17:50頃から約10分間激しい降雨【夕立ち】があり、bedroom woody window(南東向き・開き戸 ×②枚)の隙間から雨水が室内に侵入【雨漏り】し、woody窓枠(底面) & white color wall(一部) & bedroom床面(の一部) 計約3㎡程度 が水浸しになった【至急 woody window 全体の改修要!!!!!】。××××××××××××××× ◆bathroom showerが『高温 & 高圧』で利用出来ない【erectric給湯器の給湯能力が低い為、高温showerを利用するには『湯圧(湯量)を1/3程度』に下げなければならない】。△××××× ◆Booking.com予約条件に『専用バルコニー【a private balcony】付』とあったが(実際には『非常階段(通路)の一部』で)自室からの出入りは出来ない仕様(各階の非常扉から誰でも自由に出入り可能な為、全く『専用』仕様ではない)【至急予約条件の訂正要!!!】。△××× ◆④(/14)泊目【20240322 (金)pm】＜述べ①名＞ & ⑤(/14)泊目【20240323 (土)pm】＜述べ②名＞、自室(東南向き)窓外側のbalcony【非常階段(通路)】上にstrange personsが数十分に亘り佇んでいた＜計②名(male costruction staff(other company) & male hotel saff)【計述べ③名】＞【非常に不快!!!!!。安心して宿泊出来ない!!!!!。(原則)非常時以外は、非常階段(通路)spaceに誰も立ち入らせるべきではない!!!!!

things(electric kettle, sockets,fridge,etc)are quite old.would suggest them to maintain it well.built in wardrobe smell doesn't good and need to do some maintenance.

Recommended! Both the staff and the accommodation at this hotel are fantastic! I enjoy how helpful and friendly the staff is, especially how good their breakfast is and how you can order a cup of fresh coffee from them. This hotel is wonderful!

The place needs some renovation and definitely a deep cleaning. Was expecting a room with balcony and city view according to our confirmation email but at the hotel we have been told there are no double rooms with balcony. Prices should be adapted to the quality or viceversa.
