Pillows could be more comfortable

Location was the main advantage. If you go to the restaurant for dinner or lunch the food was excellent. The breakfast was mediocre

Mediocre breakfast. Rooms small with A/C hard to control. No common spaces to relax outside the room.

Very good experience, the location and convenience is simply superb. Staff was friendly and service Provided was up to all expectations. I will visit again.

Everything was excellent. The problem was when we had to enter the bathroom. I had to turn around and close the door then turned around again for the toilet.

A fairly decent hotel marred by a poor check in experience and over zealous front desk staff. My brother and I arrived, exhausted after a long flight to attend a family funeral. We arrived very early on an overnight international flight so had to temporarily stay overnight at a relatives place. At check in time we went to the hotel to drop off our bags and planned to shower and rest a couple of hours before heading out. The front desk staff checked me in after asking questions about my visa status. Odd since I've never been asked this by other hotels in the past. Then they got to checking in my brother. Unfortunately he'd left his passport at my relatives place so he showed his legal photo id instead. The front desk person started arguing that they needed to see his visa status and could not check him in. We explained that we would be returning in the night and would certainly bring his passport at that time. He kept arguing that it was not valid and he couldn't accept it. Anyway we went to the room, dropped our bags and tried to rest for a few minutes. A few minutes later the phone rings and the same front desk person says that we cannot stay in the room until we provide his passport. I asked why and he said it's for "security reasons". He was completely inflexible on this and forced us to leave even though we were exhausted. I have never previously experienced such rude and poor customer service in any hotel in India and will not return to this hotel again. Please change your staff or retain them in basic customer service skills and empathy. He knew we were there for a funeral and were exhausted, yet refused to accommodate us for a couple of hours. To be fair it was mainly this one person and the manager. The rest of the staff were friendly and courteous for the rest of the trip. Also my booking experience with the hotel was confusing and took multiple calls too verify the room.

The staff were friendly obligingly and effective. The location was excellent, close to India Gate and shopping.

Being charged for bottles of water in our room, where tap water is undrinkable. Laundry service was expensive though very well done. When we asked about an airport pickup we were quoted 5000 rupees when a a taxi costs around 600 - 900 rupees.
