Always hospitable. Always clean. The revamp in lobby looks amazing.

Our toilet did not flush properly but we did not speak up. They’re too kind. We didn’t want to make a fuss.

Didn't like the parking also receptionist wasn't very hepfuland I didn't like the fact I didn't get my bond back which is dumb because the room was undamaged I'm yet to speak to someone about this matter.

Location was key for me booking this hotel. Very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We will be back

Bar staff need to take some pointers from above- over familiar calling me( 60 year old woman) “ M’dear”. Patronising and inappropriate. I have celiacs disease and there was very little I could eat on the menu at downstairs bar or room service other than olives.

The room was well sized and set out. The bed was very comfortable, with power points near the bedside table suitable for charging my phone. The bathroom was huge, with both a shower and bath as well as well lit mirrors. The location was great, with restaurants downstairs and easy walking distances to attractions such as SkyTower.

While there is parking, it cost $50 for the two days I was there. Given the CBD location, paid parking was understandable.

Freezing cold water for showers and baths both night and morning. Noise of renovations. All main restaurants in hotel are closed for renovations

Good sized room and bathroom. There was a very helpful staff member who helped with the parking fees and also helped the following day make check out quick and easy. Location good and an easy accessible car park on-site

Beds were quite small. We had booked for 2 adults and 2 children and were only given 2 bath towels- we asked for more and staff were more than happy to give us extra but the next day the same thing happened again. Room was a little cold

It was in walking distance from sky city.

Large room. Comfy bed. Pools, sauna and gym were nice. Parking was easy and $25 per night. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff where helpful and polite (did have one run in being asked to prove our room number ect. but after discussing it with them we were offered a refund on parking and further gifts as a form of apology)

Lack of water or mini bar supplied in room. Only area to smoke was balcony behind mini bar but was easy to access. Slightly dated interior throughout the building still looked good and was clean.

Breakfast didn't had an option to get veg egg omlette which is very surprising.
