Beautiful Hotel, the staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The food at the hotel was very delicious. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Laos.

The food at the restaurant was great and the pool was clean.

The towels and linens need to be replaced. The bed sheets were okay, but the towels and table cloths at the restaurant were gross. The shower was full of mold, and it was not clean and comfortable, especially for the price. The area to lay by the pool was very shaded, so it was hard to get sun because of the trees.

Sweet hotel family hotel enjoy alot

Our first accommodation in Laos started a great holiday. Beautiful traditional premises, an excellent restaurant and, above all, very friendly and helpful staff. I wish there was such accommodation everywhere. Wifi excellent, own parking spaces, bike rental, currency exchange. The pool is very clean and pleasant. Thank you for the good times. A short distance from the airport.

A charming hotel with a nice clean swimming pool that makes it a lot easier to survive through the hot days. The staff was exceptionally nice and tried to do everything so that we would be happy. When we wanted to change the room (because in the first one the air-condition blew straight onto our bed) they offered us another room immediately. The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfasts included were delicious (and the food that you could order for lunch and dinner too).

The only thing that could be better - the time of the dinner. If I remember correctly, dinner finishes at 19:00, and after that you can't get any food.

Such a great place to relax for a few days. Staff is amazing, pool sparkling clean and the restaurant breakfast is good.

The hotel itself is nicely decorated on Lao style, and the pool area is also cosy. The food was always very tasty and the staff is helpful.

Location is not central, you have to take a tuk-tuk ride or taxi services provided by the hotel with very reasonable prices. This hotel is not modern, so if you don't like local style wooden hotels, you might be disappointed.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining area was exceptionally nice and the breakfast was good. The hotel is a good choice for Vientiane and value for money.

The location is a bit far out of town and the walk into town is not that great. In the evening until 11pm we could hear music very loudly from a nearby venue. It didn't bother us too much as we didn't go early to bed, but if you want to sleep early it is really disturbing.

Room was big and clean. Staff were polite and always available. Reception booked a taxi to the airport when I was leaving. Quality service all round.

Didn't like the restaurant. Ate there for dinner but wasn't a fan of the food. Location is a bit out of town but it's a good trade off for the facilities & price. Shower facility could be updated. Shower head was too low for me to stand under.

Staff were excellent and food was really good too. Room good, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Room had view over pool which was good. Good choice, we were happy. Cheap transfer to airport.

There was noise from the Karaoke club till about midnight but the hotel are very open about this and provide earplugs.

The staff were friendly & helpful, especially NOU. He was very efficient and friendly. I really enjoyed the pool, nice & clean, beautiful surroundings.

Other than a couple of minor issues with the plumbing, which was ok in the end… the property was fine.

We stayed in Vientiane for five nights. Initially thought that hotel is a little bit on the outskirts of the city and it's true, it takes around 5 minutes by Tuk Tuk or 15 minutes walking, but at the end we have been really pleased with this location because it was far from the noise, yelling, screaming, of drunk tourists. There is karaoke nearby at night and person can hear sounds from that facility. Hotel give provides earplugs for free which we never had to use it. Room was very spacious very nicely arranged and we had great veranda. Stuff in the hotel was very attentive to our needs, arranging all transportation that we needed including train tickets and was very discreet and professional. We really felt like this is five star HOTEL and treatment we got for sure was 5 stars This was smooth, easy, pleasent stay...

I can not think if one thing we did not like

Beautiful little personal hotel with lovely staff. Lovely pool and spotlessly clean

Just a shame the management don’t pay attention to detail light bulbs blown in bedroom ‘hot water ‘ non existent socket for bedside lamp lethal room layout could not get out of one side of bed and had to climb over other side due to supporting pillar in room. Notice in room giving complimentary ear plugs to guests in case of run down karaoke bar next door. We experienced this. Besides this could be a great little place and hope management read this review. Staff were great. Also just to finish after early check out the reception ran to us and wanted to check the room. We had already paid the bill and left the room immaculate. It made us feel dishonest especially at 6.30 in the morning.

The house and gardens were lovely. It was nice and small but kept very nicely and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was good and the staff attentive and helpful. The front desk helped us with onward train reservations and information. It is relatively near all the sites and places to eat so you can walk or hire a bike for $3 which was what I did.

The only downside was the noise in the evening from the nearby night club which had a live band. This did not bother me so much but may be an issue for some. (The hotel do provide earplugs in each room which I have never seen before and was a nice touch)
