New and very clean apartment. It is really a one-bedroom apartment. Large Samsung Smart TV in a living room and another one in a bedroom. Free valet trash bin service. Has a coffee machine and a tea kettle with complimentary coffee and tea, table salt and pepper (grinders). Large parking lot. Good customer service, even though it's fully virtual. A location is easy to get to from the airport even without a car. Route 5(also called Sprinter)'s stop is just in a 4 minute easy walk from it. Free weekly bed linen replacement service. Fully equipped kitchen. The refrigerator has an ice maker and water dispenser. Complimentary soaps, dishwasher and washing machine powders, shower gel and shampoo. And after some consideration, I decided to add the location's very low walk score to the list of its benefits because you will not see ANY strange or suspicious people in the neighborhood, only nice looking young folks with or without dog(s). The entire area is clearly a part of a gentrification program, so the neighborhood consists of several newly built townhouse blocks. NB! Be patient with the electronic lock on your apartment's door - it's little slow)

First of, the location has a very low walk score. No grocery stores or pharmacies within 30 minute walk or 10 min drive. Adjacent Wilkinson blvd is infamous in Charlotte for its "roughness", so I wouldn't recommend walking along it to the nearest grocery store (Walmart). Poor noise isolation inside the apartment - you will hear your neighbor's almost every word or step. No safety lock on the door (although it is indeed a very friendly house, so you don't really need one). Check-in is at 4pm and you won't be able to wait inside (it matters if the day is cold or rainy). Another big thing is that you won't be able to buy any products online with delivery to your apartment, unless you are happy to wait for the courier outside the building. You are free to order food, but again, you will have to go down to the gate to pick it. NB! Be patient with the electronic lock on your apartment's door - it's little slow)

Quiet neighborhood, very clean, modern, and efficient unit, with all amenities.

(1) Check-in was complicated since, as a foreign visitor, I was without Internet connection at the time to get into my unit. Then, i paid for ROAMING services from my telephone company (very $$$$) looking for Kasa assistance. Nobody answered me on chat.... Sunday 11pm.... then, one Kindle person open the building door for me and help me tonget into my unit. Lucky me! But I exposed my Access code to him. Next morning, Kasa answered me and changed my access code! (2) Location: a little bit far away from downtown. I'll rent a car next time

The location was pretty good. The hallways were clean and smelled really nice. All modern appliances. Great and prompt customer service.

We walked in everything looked modern and up to par however, once it was time to peel back the covers to get some sleep there were little and long hairs everywhere. I tried washing the bedding because there is a washer and dryer in the unit but that did not get the hairs out. They stuck to the comforter and sheets. We tried the other set located in the closet - SAMETHING. I was livid because we were so tired from traveling out of town that we could not trust or lay on the bedding. I contacted customer service -they were prompt and friendly. However, we did not get new bedding until the next day. We ended up going to Walmart to get a bedding set ourselves. Which they said they said they would reimburse us for. Also, one night the thermostat wasn't working and had an E195 error. I contacted customer service - they contacted maintenance. They originally weren't going to come out that night, but I stated that were leaving in one night. He made an executive decision and Brett was great! He came out to fix the thermostat it was so cold we couldn't sleep, but he helped our stay to be a little more comfortable. Overall, I would not allow this to deter you from booking - it was a beautiful location and aesthetically pleasing. Just the cleanliness wasn't up to my standards and I think @operation_niki on IG has a great point about bringing travel bedding. But we shouldn't have to do that if were paying a great amount.

This place in a great location, super close to the city center and tons of great activities to do around of uptown. It's quiet, and 100% safe, and really clean. The staff here is friendly and quick to answer your questions. You even get free parking in the building. The place itself is almost brand new, and the hangout area and pool are seriously awesome. Chillin' by the pool with a cozy bonfire in the evening was super relaxing. I'd totally come back there.

Que la ubicación que te marcan los Gps nunca te lleva a la ubicación real, queda exactamente por la parte de trasera de donde te envía la ubicación, al final de una calle ciega, no es fácil de conseguir, deberían mejorar eso.

I like the fact that the area was nice and downtown Charlotte NC was only a couple minutes away from EVERYTHING! you need.

This place was super clean and quiet. And everyone in the area was nice and friendly
