I loved this hotel - great location, clean, friendly - really great breakfast included - room was quiet and the elevator was quick and responsive. We could walk five minuted to the large city mall and walk in the other direction to a great French/Laos Restaurant that had live music after 8pm. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to serve.

5 nights here. Very good breakfast and pool is very clean and nice to spend the afternoon. Lobby comfortable and clean. Room was rather dusty when we arrived, but when housekeeping cleaned the next day it was cleaned up nicely. Beds and room comfortable with enough room in our family room. 15 minutes walk to river front. Would stay here again.

We’re very disappointed a hotel was very dark , it’s located in a very unsafe location is was cover with mosquitos we paid but we didn’t stay there they didn’t refund ! Very disappointed!

The facilities are pretty old and not well-maintained especially the flooring inside the room and bed. Need to have a major renovation on part of the hotel especially the facilities inside the room.

Honestly, rooms need a little up dating but location is great! Right next to Talat sao, food, atms, etc... most importantly the hotel did everything to make us happy. Service was impeccable. My family and I had a great time. Probably will stay here again.

Hotel is close to Mekong night market. It has free parking outside of the hotel. The rooms are a bit older. We stayed in an executive room, nothing special except for the hot tub which we didn’t use. We could hear mice running on the wall at night, didn’t surprise me due to the age of the hotel.

The wifi was terrible. Only worked in the lobby near the front desk. TV was broken and the front desk said they would send someone up to look but no one ever came. Only one key card given was also a hassle. I do think the staff was very kind and courteous however,

This hotel is very nice, in a great position. Breakfast was good, staff helpful. But some of the guests here were very loud and noisy late at night. Slamming doors abd talking very loud every night abd early morning. They were all from a particular coubtey called China. This spoilt our stay.

Breakfast good taste and ...good location.........,

We lived in room 419, and the neighbours were very noisy, was sinding and watching videos on high volume. Also, the door doesnt fit 100%, and our room was right beside a door to the outside, so when people were smoking, the smell came into our room.

We stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights... We were upgraded to a suite on 2nd floor with the city view as our initial room at 4th floor air conditioner was leaking... The room was awesome... Service was great... Everyone from the doormen, bellboys, receiptionists, managers, cooks, waiteresses, cleaning ladies are so welcoming and friendly... Breakfast was awesome with lots of choices... Walking distance to all attractions; Patuxay, Mekong river, night market, all the Wats (temples), museums, COPE, shopping centres, restaurants... Will be back for sure

Lovely check in with great staff and welcome drink. Buffet breakfast was great and wi fi was also good. Rooms could do with an update though. Floorboards were uneven and some furniture could do with some repair or replacement. Overall it was a pleasant stay, thank you.

From the moment we arrived we got a great feeling from this hotel. Staff,& location were great. And very good value. Breakfast was lovely, & different each day. Will certainly return

It's a quick walk to get to the market and some local restaurants. I highly recommend "Beef Noodle" restaurant (which serves more than beef noodle). Go there at night so that you have the gorgeous view of That Dam. There was a little bit of noise from the nearby construction, but having the TV on muted it. :) Fast WiFi, which was essential for me to get work done. The room itself could use a bit of a makeover, but no big deal. The bed was very comfortable.

I have never met a lady so helpful, friendly and joyful as the lady from the reception at my arrival, somewhat late on Sunday evening. It had taken me over 2:30 hrs. to cross the border on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of an electric storm and downpour. She has even been helpful in giving me her own wifi-hub as the hotel wifi was out of order after the thunderstorm.

The location is good. Very near to many of the attractions and good food and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The room we had (family room) is of decent sized and very clean. Clean bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels. Cannot really cannot complain for the price we paid. But would have got a better price from Agoda. However, there are a few things to be rectified that would have made the room better. The door to the bathroom can only be closed when great force is applied. The whole toilet floor area outside the shower cubicle will be wet after a shower. There is no place for user of the shower to put the soaps, shampoos etc. The bathroom if of reasonable size. However, the buffet breakfast spread is good and adequate. There is an egg station and a noodle station. We loved the breakfast spread. The passion fruits and the pineapples were superb. So juicy. Going to Buddha Park from this hotel is easy. We asked a taxi how much it costs to take us to and from Buddha Park and was quoted 350,000 kip. So we took the air conditioned public bus No. 14 from the Central Bus Station which is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The bus stops directly in front of Buddha Park. For the journey back, the take the same No. 14 from the bus station directly opposite the road from where you drop off earlier. The ride is comfortable and it costs only 8,000 kip.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights, staffs are amazing, lovely pool, nice & clean room, comfortable bed, good hot shower, good and reasonable Spa right in the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good with many choices, many fresh fruits, juice and coffee unlimited. Staffs are very friendly, polite with great help for all customers. I will be back here again. Thanks all staff during my stay. Excellent place to stay in Vientiane

Most of the front desk staff , especially one by the name of Home assisted us by recommending us to visit places of interest & even drop us to Mekong night bazaar on her way there.There is minor check to be taken note on toilet tile at the entrance into the toilet and the room wall beside the entrance door . It is broken .

Potentially lovely hotel let down by poor maintenance and sn unispiring breakfasf. Rooms are a nice size but a bit noisey sometimes. AC struggled to keep the room cool even on max all night so didnt sleep roo well. Reception staff were nice and helpful

The first night did not make a good impression. We had booked the executive room but because our flight was late, they had given our room away and we were in a very small room with the airconditioner pouring water out all night----even with towels on the floor, it filled the waste bin. They moved us to the room we booked the next day which was much better. The breakfasts were very nice and the staff were very nice and arranged day trips for us. Get a room on a higher floor---otherwise the motor scooters keep you awake all night.

Outstanding staff especially Julia and Jeannie. We stayed for 3 weeks and everyone did their best to make us comfortable. The wait staff and cleaning staff were excellent.

We were really happy with this hotel for the price.
