Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des „horseshoe fall“ und bietet vom Zimmer aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht (Fallsview und Etage 10 oder höher empfohlen). Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, aber nichts Besonderes. Die Gepäck Jungs sind grandios!

Das Zimmer war leider nicht gut gereinigt. (Dreck von den Gästen davor war im Zimmer!) Es gibt keinen Safe im Zimmer. Ausserdem wurden uns beim Check in falsche Versprechungen gemacht: wir wurden gefragt, ob wir gerne ein Zimmer mit Jaccuzzi hätten, was wir überrascht bejahten. Später im Zimmer mussten wir aber feststellen, dass das Zimmer doch kein Jaccuzzi hatte. Wir haben das später an der Rezeption nochmals erwähnt und es wurde 'notiert'. Wir haben nie wieder etwas darüber gehört. Schlechtes Erwartungs-Management vom Personal! Ausserdem kamen mitten in der Nacht sehr laute, betrunkene Zimmer Nachbarn nach Hause und haben im Nebenzimmer lange Lärm gemacht. Ein Klopfen gegen die Wand hat dies leider nur noch mehr verstärkt. Vermutlich würde es Sinn machen, wenn ein Security in der Nacht regelmässig auf den Etagen kurz eine Runde dreht. Kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Il self parking e la troppa distanza del parcheggio dall’hotel visto che comunque si Stra paga… Nessuno ci ha portato i bagagli….

The hotel had a decent view of the falls and was fairly close to a majority of the attractions close to the falls including clifton hill, etc.

Staying here for an anniversary, hotel staff said we were being upgraded to another room subject to availability and left a note for us at the front desk. When we checked in and mentioned said note, the male staff ignored what I mentioned and proceeded to book us anyways in addition to charging us extra without any mention of additional charges. I inquired and mentioned the room, but they said they were out of rooms even though there were listings that night for rooms available on both booking and the marriott website. Luckily, I was able to correct the charges and get that sorted, but wished they didn't get our hopes up by mentioning something and then lying about it because of incompetence.

מיקום החניה היה רחוק הלוואי והיה קרוב יותר בקור הזה..

The location is the BEST!! It was clean, well ran, the staff is exceptional and the restaurant Morton’s in the best food I think we have ever had.

I cannot find any issues.
