Nothing. It was a horrible stay. The worst. See below for the terrible things that happened.

Cockroaches. Dirty. I woke up to 6 cockroaches and had to smash it with my shoes. Not well maintained. When I got to the hotel, I messaged the lady to come and take my luggage to storage and then I called 6 times, it took them 1.5 hrs to come. But everytime I called she said she's coming down now. Once the staff came down, she yelled at me. Wtf. When I messaged about the cockroach, they totally ignored me. Would not provide invoice sheet even though I needed for my job. She said to contact booking.com. I think she is a greedy person, who really just had some space and will do the bare minimum just to have some side income. Once she gets the money, she runs. That's why this place says no refund. Do not stay at this place.

It's convenient to check in without hassle. The location is accessible to all sorts of entertainment.

WiFi out of order ... though i had specified its importance in my booking. Flat poorly maintained : broken shower, no pest control ... Tried calling "Asian Homes" on both mob/whatsapp numbers : zero answer. They won't fool me twice.

its a quiet and chill place that we will always come just to skip away the world but close to the city

the location is great, view from the balcony was amazing. bed was super comfy, nice big fridge and lots of wardrobe space. good air con.

when we arrived, the key hadn’t been put in the mailbox room so we had to call and wait around. the apartment itself could do with a lick of paint, ceiling had mould on it. the wifi never worked, when messaged I didn’t get an answer. the shower didn’t have hot water. there were no toiletries, just empty bottles everywhere. the TV didn’t work, and the washer dryer didn’t work.

There are only 2 things that we loved about this apartment: the location and the swimming pool. That’s all. The location is brilliant, so close to Alor street and downtown.

First, apartment 19-21 (unit 19, floor 21) needs to be refreshed. The walls are dirty, the floor, the chair and the table on the balcony are shabby as well as all the furniture, linens and towels, the ironing board is burnt. I hope the team will read this comment and change at least the towels and linens. The towels and linens were not white at all. The toiletries were heavily water-diluted so that we used shampoo instead of the gel. The hand wash was almost over by the end of our first day. Secondly, we had cockroaches in our apartments and every time I went to the bathroom I was so disgusted, sometimes they were crawling down the walls and kitchen cupboards))0)0)0) On top of that, the communication with the team is so poor. They left the link to the website where you can ask for help if something doesn’t work. So we faced the wi-fi issue; It didn’t work all the days of our stay (some of the wires were just cut I don’t know why), so every time we needed some internet access we had to go to the lobby where the Wi-Fi wasn’t stable as well, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t. we texted the team in the special chat, but there was no reply; and the problem is when you leave the page the chat is automatically deleted. The questions in the chat on booking were neglected so during all our stay we had no wi-fi and nobody could help us.
