This property was a good location for us to explore Charleston! The only downside was we must have left the car unlocked at some point while in the city and a bag was stolen. Just some clothes, nothing too valuable, but a bit strange indeed.

We really enjoyed this house for a wedding weekend! The stay was comfortable, well furnished, modern, and made us feel at home! The couch could use a bit of a stain cleaning but nothing too noticeable or disturbing. We loved it! Thank you! Would stay again!

The property was really well kept and clean. Stocked with essentials like dish and laundry soap. Very close to King street and lots of small businesses nearby. Parking is TIGHT if you’re driving a mid size SUV or bigger. Shared outdoor eating area was really nice.

Four couples spent a long weekend enjoying Charleston. The house was perfect. Plenty of room, clean, convenient to restaurants and walking to the historical area. We would stay here again.

This was a great spot! The house was clean and well taken care of. The only issue we had was very tight parking. Especially when there were 7 cars on the property. It’s not possible to turn around and you have to back out. It is challlenging due to the angle, a tree plus you’re backing onto a busy street. Rent a small vehicle or one you’re familiar with driving.

A special weekend for my teenage girls, was everything expected!
The house was well well appointed with modern Charleston accord. It was clean, well stocked and exactly as presented. Location was perfect for walking to all the best locations in the City. We were happy with the home.

It was a great location and an 'uncluttered' nicely remodelled decore.
If you have kids that like to play games in the evening to unwind from a busy day touristing bring your own games. Otherwise, we had everything we needed for one our best family get togethers ever. Thanks 242!

We stayed at this location for a Mother/Daughter’s trip. It was walking distance to King Street. It was beautifully decorated and we felt safe. The Keurig wasn’t working and we text and they delivered a new one to us within hours. I would highly recommend.

The house was adorable, and tidy, and a quick walk to King Street with shops and food along the way. Easy check-in/out. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay for a quick girls weekend away.

New, clean property with plenty of space for our family of 5. Loved having our own off-street parking and Island Provisions on the other side of the block was convenient for coffee, breakfast and even drinks and dessert! House was comfortable and well-maintained. So clean, we even used the dishes! The only recommendation would be to add blinds or drapes to block out the sun for those sleep-in mornings.

We chose this location because of having four bedrooms three baths and close to downtown. Easy walking to downtown and having the shuttle that the city provides was a bonus. Anywhere out of town we used to Uber and everything was great. We had a wonderful time and would recommend again. Parking is tight and leaves little room for an outdoor sitting area.

We had a great stay at the Charleston Guesthouse West. Plenty of room for our 5 family members. Property was clean and well kept up. Walking distance to places to eat for dinner and breakfast. Problems regarding the dishwasher and front door lock were addressed quickly. Would stay again.

This rental was off the street and very quiet. We stayed Sunday to Thursday. Kerri had great communication with us from before we arrived until even after we left. We had a couple of questions along the way and she responded quickly each time. She bent over backwards to accommodate us and we really appreciated that. We had two couples and the house was a perfect size. Smelled and looked clean and the A/C worked great! Everything we needed inside and a nice outdoor seating just a few steps away. This location was perfect for walking to town if you like that. We enjoyed the exercise and the fresh air! Uber found us easily as well for our farther away adventures. great for girls weekend
This property worked great for our girls weekend away. Each of us had our own bedroom so layout was great. Plenty of walk-able options for food, shopping, coffee, etc. Did have to call Uber rides for night time since the restaurants we wanted to book were further South. Easy access to highway for day trips to the beach. House is newly renovated with great quality. Feedback for house owner would be more hangers for the free standing clothing racks since there are no dressers in the room. Luggage racks were a nice touch. Would recommend to others for sure, thank you!

We enjoyed the location even though it was further north than where we are used to staying. Aside from some discrepancies prior to our stay we had a good time. It would be great if every room could have a place to hang clothes inside the room. Just a suggestion!
