We stayed over new year’s weekend. The house is unique and is a very short walk from the plaza with space to park two large cars in the driveway! My kids loved the sauna and steam room…added bonus! The beds were comfortable with warm blankets for a cozy night sleep. We got to watch the nee years eve fireworks from inside the dining room window as our little one did not make it til midnight. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if in the area!

Host put up a Christmas tree for our holiday visit! The property was perfect-as advertised. The sauna was great after a day of skiing. Location couldn’t be beat! Will visit again and hope this location is available!!

Decor was a wonderful mix of tiles and carved wood that perfectly represented the ambiance of Santa Fe. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Easy walk to the Plaza, shopping and restaurants. Off street parking is a big plus.

We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Santa Fe! The house itself is a work of art. We enjoyed the various interior styles and found something new in every room. The weather was perfect for 3 nights on the patio around the fire pit.

This home is in a great location - close to all downtown attractions and walking distance to The Plaza, Museums and many great restaurants. Plenty of room for everyone! Adam was great and when we asked for suggestions for eclipse watching and playoff baseball watching he quickly had the best answers! We loved Santa Fe and this home, I hope to return again and would stay here again too!

Two of my college friends and I (we are in our 60s) have been meeting over the October holiday for three years now. This year we visited Santa Fe and Taos, staying at Le Casa de Suerte. The house was fabulous- clean, impeccably decorated with Sante Fe flair, private bedrooms with baths for each of us, furnished with everything one would need (including ample towels, laundry facility, and a steam room and sauna). Off-street parking allowed us to leave my vehicle at the rental which is so conveniently located that we walked to most everywhere we went in Santa Fe. Adam, the host, provided me with a great list of restaurants and even called once we had left to make sure we enjoyed our stay. You cannot go wrong renting this property!

The Host had the fountain running for us and firewood for our cozy evenings in the back yard.
The Sauna and Steam Room were a real treat too.

The house is very quaint and was clean. We enjoyed the back patio in the mornings and evenings. It was an easy walk to the Plaza. There is also a small park across the street. We would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is there is insufficient lighting in the kitchen and the back bathroom. Also it would have been nice to have some olive oil and basic spices available for cooking.

The listing was exactly as described. The location is perfect!! The house is cozy but roomy! So much to do, just in the house alone. Shopping, restaurants, galleries, and more are within walking distance. Clean, comfortable, and homey!! Nice neighborhood. We have already recommended to friends. Never communicated with the manager or owner, but never had a need, check in and out was easy and we had no issues.

We loved our stay at this property in Santa Fe. The house was spacious and the fenced in backyard was a nice area for our kids (ages 4 & 1) to play. The owners supplied a pack-n-play and high chair for our one year old to use which was greatly appreciated. We would absolutely stay at his house again!

I had told the hosts that I was celebrating my milestone birthday and we were greeted with the yummiest cake in the fridge! I was so touched!
The location was great! Close to the best restaurants. We skied a couple of days and thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms afterwards. We also had a lively competition on the arcade machine.
The lights were also a source of amusement. Finding the correct switch was a challenge and part of the charm of a older home.
Plenty of space for six adults. We would definitely ‘borrow’ this home again.

I'll keep it short. All expectations were fulfilled. The house is great. The décor is great and really interesting. Everything was clean, and everything worked. The location is very close to downtown, and there is a great park and walking path right across the street. We're a group of three late-40s couples and we take trips like this together annually; we spent the whole weekend going on about how great the house was. Definitely a homerun for us. ZERO complaints. Highly recommended. Cheers!

Adam went out of his way to make our Christmas vacation extra special by meeting special requests! He was very personable and helpful! The house is adorable and felt just like home. We couldn't have chosen a nicer place to stay! It was beautifully decorated and stocked. It was within walking distance of the plaza and excellent restaurants. It had onsite parking which was a find. And the owner was extrememly responsive.

This was a sisters (and husbands) mini reunion stay. Santa Fe is always special and we felt really lucky to find the Casa de Suerte as our home base. The rooms were spacious and filled with lots of artwork. The kitchen was well stocked. There was a great patio but we couldn't use it because it was raining off and on all week. Mark Trubow was a very helpful host and easy to reach when we had a question. If you are looking for a spacious house very close to the main plaza, I highly recommend this property.

This place was perfect. The location was perfect where we could easily walk to the central plaza area. The house was very cool given the various elements integrated into its decor. Having a steam room was a bonus...not to mention Ms Pac-man / Galaga game! The best part was the owners. Such a pleasure to work with. They even went out of their way to purchase a birthday cake for my wife as we were there celebrating her XXth birthday - keeping her age out of this ;-).
