The apartment is located in an area that had several cafes and a super market was close by. It is situated on a busy street and we heard several ambulances throughout the night. The doors and windows are pretty substantial so the the sound was muffled but could still hear street noises, I sleep with ear plugs so not a big deal. The floor didn't seem as clean as I would have expected, as we traveled with an infant and toddler so they spent time on the floor and we noticed. There was some amenities like hand and dish soap, sugar packets, possibly salt and pepper, I just don't remember. There is a large sofa type chair in each bedroom that folds out to a twin bed, this is also the only plush furniture in the living space that was otherwise occupied with a kitchen table and chairs. One of the beds was not very comfortable with a spring sticking up, the others were firm and ok. The balcony overlooks the street and is noisy. The closest Hop on Hop off stop is a 30 minute walk, we took a cab, cost was about $15 each way. The Lime scooter is an option or walking. We had 2 babies with us so we took a taxi if the walk was too long. There is a restaurant around the corner that was awesome, Papa Rex. We had a great last dinner there. Overall, the apartment was a good place to stay, just keep in mind the distance.

Awesome Place for Groups! Needs some tweaking in communication
I give this 5 stars, because the place had enough rooms to satisfy our group of 12 with beds and baths and the close proximity to the Vatican was awesome. The gelato place and market super close were great. The buses came regularly. It was comfortable.
A couple things to be aware of in booking though that were frustrating and I was almost tempted to give 4 stars, but chose not to are these:
1. If you arrive late there is an extra 20e charge. If you get an airport transfer late it is another 20e charge. Not a big deal, except when I was told this 2 days before arrival, even though they had my arrival time for a month.
2. They did provide new towels mid-way through our 6 night stay, but no new sheets or cleaning. Not a big deal. But I found it odd that we were requested to be out of the place in order for them to drop off towels.
3. The staff we worked with were all very nice and that made a big difference. Thank you! And it was really nice to be able to keep our luggage there on the last day. Super cool!
4. Don't forget that Rome hotel tax in cash on check in.
5. The buses are not always reliable in Rome, but you can walk quickly to most places regardless.
Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back next year.

Very very close to the Vatican walked about 3 minutes and was there. Air condition was not up to par, you can only use it in 2 rooms at a time or the breaker closed down. Very clean though and they were very nice to deal with.

Excellent property
The stay was great. The property had everything we needed for a our visit to Rome. Well located within a short distance to the Vatican City and with bus stop just in the door. A Carrefour Express supermarket is a 5 minutes walk. The owners prepared it as we requested and even offered us to pick us up from the airport. Fully recommendable.

Prima apartement
Prima apartement voor 7 personen op loopafstand van de St Pieter. Met een groot balkon, aan een drukke straat. Maar binnen was het stil. Meerdere badkamers (3) voor vier slaapkamers was prettig. Iedereen had privacy. Volgende keer in Rome weer boeken.
