We enjoyed an evening on the bar patio with a nice city view, good bistro food, and cocktails. King room with nice amenities. Well insulated rooms for a good night sleep on a very comfortable king bed. Location downtown with minimal weekend traffic was convenient to an event nearby. Easy access from I-35. Front desk (Anthony) was very helpful with dining recommendations. Fastest elevator ever!

Very nice. Room was cozy
Nothing really. Maybe the valet only option.

Excellent location for coming to town for a concert. Able to walk back after- great!

The facilities are clean and modern. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful too. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was large.
There was some strange staining on the walls of the bathroom. The showers don’t have curtains or doors so water gets all over the floor of the bathroom.

Location is good
You are forced to valet park for $35, the hotel personnel didn’t have any customer service skills, very dry and cut not a smile in the building.

Location was good
There was something gross - droppings or bugs - under the covers in the bed in the room.

We had a blood stained left on our top sheets when we checked in; although they did come to replace it at our request later.

Rooms were clean
Rooms are nice but location not safe for solo travelers. Felt very unsafe riding elevator when a group of 3 or 4 local men watched me pick up my food outside, quickly came inside from the patio with no hotel keys, skipped elevators at the front desk, walked up stairs and requested elevator from upstairs the other side of the dual door elevator while I was waiting downstairs on the other side. I skipped on elevator to avoid them, got on the next ride (by myself) and then the elevator stops on second floor as they were able to stop my ride upstairs, then proceeded to all get on my elevator ride after I had purposely let two sets of people on ahead of me. I truly felt scared for my life and the front desk people both acted like they had no clue what was happening when it was obvious I was being set up. Thank God I was able to hop off and wait but being on 10th floor had to use elevator. Additionally, the only parking option is valet which is costly, but more so unnecessary for a courtyard but due to safety issues again, it make senses why the public garage was made private in order to lessen car theft, however only a handful of spots since it is downtown Dallas which starts charging at 7 am Monday thru Sunday with two hour limits so it's otherwise not convenient to wake up at 7 am just to keep adding parking in two hour increments.

The staff was great (Anthony, front desk), rooms clean and comfortable. Amenities were plenty although I did use all. Location was great.
All good!

I like the work out gym
I didn’t care for the valet service too expensive and the fact they didn’t offer free breakfast.. I’ve been to several other locations in other states that do

Excellent installations with brand-new furniture and comfortable mattress. Good location in Dallas downtown.
Could include a complimentary breakfast in the expensive room rate.

Downtown easy to access tours.
Valet parking downtown was in a garage and checking in and out of the hotel with the parking garage situation was difficult. Sometimes cars were lined up and you were captive to waiting in line. Need more restaurants nearby or in hotel.

Very friendly staff, nice comfortable bed, clean rooms, valet parking, quiet hallways and Starbucks in the lobby!
I did not care for the location, currently a lot of construction in the area made it difficult to access the parking garage.

Really nice rooms, lobby and bar. Spotlessly clean and you need to use your room key to get into the building and use the lift which is always good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and had everything you need, nice rooftop bar too. Not a huge amount immediately around the hotel in terms of shops/restaurants etc but it is right near the station to get the Dart and is about a 10 minute walk from West send so not too bad.
The valet only option of parking. When we went to pick up our car the next day the front tyre was completely flat (there were no warning signs of this when we dropped it off) something could have caused it before but without actually being able to see where you are parking we were concerned it had been caused by something in the parking garage. The guy was very helpful though and did put air in the tyre so that we could drive it to a tyre place which we were grateful for.

Conveniently located, mostly clean
Stain on the couch. Housekeepers took 3 wash cloths out the bathroom and only left one. It was 2 of us in the room. The lady that helped me check in was very aggressive and was rushing for no reason. There was no one else in line. The next night, I came to buy a drink and the other lady was just very unfriendly.

The hole facilitates the foster night was great I traveled with a company I worked with and y’all hooked me in first night with card I had on file the second day I called to extend lady said use same website I used I did that and because I didn’t have physical card on me your staff gave me 20 min to be out of room or they were calling authorities extremely embarrassing to say the least not to mention I didn’t receive any refund smh unbelievable nothing was done to fix things
Being embarrassed and treated like I didn’t have money when ther were 10 other workers ther together on business trip and a minor technical problem couldn’t have been avoided by accepting the 300 cash deposit I trued to pay just to stay there with my company but instensted I was treated like I shouldn’t have been ther

The cleanliness and the staff were very kind
It’s location is a bit shady but it’s not the fault of the property
I felt safe because you can’t access the floors without using a room key

Location wasn’t near the courthouse I needed to go. My coffee pot in room was broken. The top floor dining room was closed for a grou party.
Same as above $50. For a bottle of red wine was excessive.
