This spacious three-bedroom, two-bath unit sleeps as many as ten people, with plenty of space for family time OR alone time! The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and attached master bathroom, in addition to its own private oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds and plenty of floor space, while the third has a full-sized bed. The second and third bedrooms are just steps away from the shared second bathroom. The entire condo is resplendent in soothing tones of blue, green, and yellow, and reflects a love of this beautiful island, and incomparable view of which you can enjoy from two private balconies. This condo has a wonderful view from the balcony over the dunes and out to the ocean. Perfect for viewing breezy kites and ships in the distance. All of our condos have elevator access. This condo could not have been in a more perfect location for watching the ocean. However, you have to go outside to Hear it. You cannot leave the patio doors open to enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the comfort of the condo (which is half the fun of renting a beachside condo - the sounds at night). If you leave the patio doors open too long, allegedly it will freeze up the air conditioning unit and you have to pay an additional fee. Which brings up another problem we think is bogus. You CANNOT adjust the thermostat! The temperature isn't bad, but if we can't listen to the ocean and enjoy the ocean breeze, you should be able to make adjustments to the thermostat for YOUR comfort! Make sure if you have more than 4 people in your group to bring towels, they only provide 4, none in the cabinets. The departure rules are very specific about everything you must do for them and if you don't you will be charged an additional fee.(With the cleaning fee as high as it is, make sure you follow the rules.)

Our first trip to Tybee Island was wonderful. We hope to be back soon. The condo was in a great location, easy to get to. 2nd floor near the stairway so we never used the elevator, although you could. Our kids loved the pool and the easy access to the beach was a plus for the adults. The condo itself is spacious and easily could sleep 5-6 adults. The beds were ok, not super comfortable but doable. The pillows not so much, bring your own. The kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend bringing extra dishwasher detergent as they only provide one wash. And extra trash bags if you are going to stay more than a few days. I won’t lie, I had to clean the shower myself before I would step in it. It was nasty. The condo could use a paint refresh. It wasn’t perfect but still a nice place to be. I would stay here again in this complex for sure.

This is our (I think) 5th or 6th time staying at the Beach Colony. Fourth time with this property management company (some condos in the complex are managed by a different rental company) and second time in this particular condo. It is absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of room, amazing views. Location that cannot be beat (right in the middle of the island). Covered parking is a huge plus. Onsite restaurant is another plus. Property management company is super easy to work with, great communication, and just overall good people. We were arriving right as TS Nicole was coming through, so we probably had more emails and text exchanges than usual. Cleaning crew did a great job getting the condo ready. Kitchen was fully stocked for our needs. Even found lime juicer in the drawer (I am very easily amused). There was enough towels for a family of 50. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure is perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about this property and about people managing it. Looking forward to our next visit already.

If you are looking to be right on the beach this is the place you want to stay. The property is perfectly maintained and there is even a restaurant on the property. Two beautiful pools, friendly staff and just an overall great experience.

An exceptional perk to this condo is the restaurant located in the resort!! The view and decor are gorgeous. We had a small problem with the bathroom door not closing and trouble with the keypad to enter property but it was fixed the next day.

We had a great time on Tybee! Beach House 423 is a big part of it. The condo is clean and very spacious. You couldn't ask for a better location as you are right on the beach. There's plenty of covered parking. You have a lovely restaurant onsite. You are also right in the middle of the island, so you are within comfortable walking distance from pretty much everything. Management is very attentive and kind. Housekeeping did a great job getting our condo ready. Beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows. Bathrooms are clean, showers are wonderful and there's a ton of towels. Kitchen is well stocked (at least it was for our needs). Chairs on the balcony are very comfortable. I can't think of anything I didn't like. It was a great vacation.

A few months ago i was informed the rate would be 1784.00 for the three nights instead of the 1484.00 i had agreed to pay and had put a deposit on a year earlier. The manager told me “ we can charge anything we want” when i asked the reason for increase, he was very mean about it!! The unit was fine except that the washer/ dryer was not working. I asked at the office if it would be fixed and he said “no”. We have been staying at beachside colony every year for about 20 years along with a lot of family members every July 4th. I am very disappointed with the new management and will be looking gor another place to stay from now on!!!
