location is good, very near to the Belem tower and the monastery. the staff is helpful and let us check in early to store our luggage.

very clean and confortable

Very clean, spacious and super well equipped. Since we were traveling with kids, Belem is a very beautiful and calm area to stay. Also, the flat is located just a few minutes away from Belem Tower and other main sites. Check-in was super easy. Will defined book again when visiting Lisbon in the future.

The location was good. Lot's of space inside. The space also had a dyer - which was great.

We rented the space specifically for 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately, while technically, they had 2 bathrooms, the master bath, had no shower or curtains to the tab and no privacy - the bathroom has 2 entrances: one without a door and another one where the door does not lock. Hence, we could not use it.

The host Luis was great in explaining about the apartment and acommodating our request of extra key. Spacious living area with beautiful furniture and antique pieces. Huge walking closet of master bedroom. great kitchen with appliances including dish washer, laundry machine and dryer. Nice balcony and good location with walking distance to several attractions in Belem area.

Although spacious master bedroom bathroom, it was uncomfortable to use due to: sink not draining well, Shower/bathtub with no curtain. Shower water with hot and cold currents, difficult to control. Also both bathrooms can’t be locked during use, compromising privacy in presence of other family members and friends. Smelly master bedroom and smelly fridge. Should upgrade linen, towels, and pillows, as they were old and weared off. Second bathroom missing shampoo, shower gel or hand soap.

Great location, close to the Centro cultural and to public transport as well as the river front. It is very well fitted and the kitchen has most equipment you would need. Spacious, quiet and very suitable for a long stay. Looks exactly as in the photos, no surprises.

The host could have been more proactive and professional when responding to our requests. At check in at the apartment we appreciate they agreed to an early check in but thereafter we had to wait over an hour for the person to arrive to check us in.

If you’re looking for a property that is in central Lisbon and close to many attractions, this is a great choice. The flat is large and well equipped (even with dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays). Furthermore, the flat is modern and well kept. What you seen in the picture is what you get! It’s extremely comfortable and perfect for 4 people. It even has 2 bathrooms which is definitely a big plus for larger groups.

While the flat is great, the check-in was a bit bothersome. You’ll have to go downtown to pick your key. This means that you’ll spend some time on public transportation between places or you’ll have to park the car in pricey spots and walk a bit. My only other concern is regarding hygiene. For the most part the flat was clean. However, the handles of the doors were clearly dirty. Usually I would be so picky about this, but since we’re still fighting the pandemic; I’d appreciate that special attention would be given to these areas. Furthermore it would have been nice to have an extra trash bag and dishwasher tab, as only large packages can be bought. These are small details though and it’s still a great value for money.

Having to collect the keys MILES away from the property and the poor attitude of the agency representitive.
