Ease of communication , check in and out with the host. Apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Location was great ,everything you could want nearby. Easy walk to tube stations and amazing huge shopping centre close by.

The first impression of the property, outside bins were overflowing. The carpeting on the stairs is very stained but was pleasantly surprised when entered the apartment. Could use another fan for 1 bedroom and a sweeping brush would be useful as we were there for 7 days.

There are coffee shops and grocery shops around.

The shower head was a bit old (but functioning well)

two separate bedrooms, each with their own sofa plus one more in the kitchen/living room which was very well equipped. space was clean with everything we needed (including iron, hair dryer, washing machine) and host replied pretty fast every time needed.

Windows don’t close very well and could be improved. not that was a big problem for us but stairs are narrow, it’s a 2nd floor and no elevator. floor makes some noise while walking

Great location near Shepherd's Bush station and others. The apartment is in zone 2 so the oyster is cheaper. 5 minutes walk from a Tesco (supermarket) branch. No limit of hot water for the shower. Self check in / out so you you can arrive late and leave early!

There is no elevator (the apartment is on 3th floor) and the apartment's floor a bit noisy.

There is no lift to the apartment, making luggage handling become so much burden. Not suiable when bringing old parents

no contact with host at all.. Had to get keys pick up info trough booking staff. ridiculous dirt all over the place. all windows broken. definitely do not recommend this property.

Convenient location. Spacious apartment. Reasonably clean.

Broken window doesn't fit, so wind comes in. Heating was off, landlord didn't respond to contact attempts, so had to sort out heating myself. Large fungus growing on landing floor. Broken floor tiles in kitchen area. Key box is down metal stairs, so watch out if you have big bags because you will need to carry them with you or leave them on the street.

The stuff is very helpful and replies quickly. The flat was cleaned and had all the essentials

I loved absolutely everything about this place. Location amenities everything was top notch. The staff were really nice i was dealt with a good chap name Eric.

What's not to like

We have stayed at this property before and it has been brilliant, but the last visit we received some bites and our engineers have asked us not to stay here again.
