We absolutely loved our time in Rome! The host was very accommodating!! He went out of his way for us! The little touches he did were so nice. We would definitely be back!!

Costantino was the ultimate host. He had the refrigerator filled with waters, juices and a variety of local drinks. In addition, he had many snacks, breakfast items and even a bottle of wine. The home was perfect for 2 couples (other than twin beds in the one bedroom). Location was great and we walked all over the city and used the train quite a bit and station was only about 3 blocks away. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice, comfortable apartment in a great location, easy walk to the sights. Very clean and neat. Would definitely stay here again.

We will be back! Great apartment, quiet area, very comfortable. Constantino was a pleasure!

Cute apartment in Prati district of Rome. Property is very basic but very nice and clean.
Constantino does not speak any English but google translate works great.
Upon checkin we just went to the apartment and rang the bell outside the gate to get in. The place was stocked with soap, laundry detergent, and very thoughtful to have a bottle of wine, starter snacks and cold sparkling water on arrival, as well as all starter necessities including coffee and the AC was nice after 100 degree weather all
day. Very safe apartment in a very safe area and walking distance to Piazza Cavour for taxis, restaurants etc. close to metro also.

We had a great stay! Constantino was very helpful, and the property is in a great location. The only issue was some mold in the shower.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The owner is very personable and helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds for the six of us. Very nice to have two bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed- including some treats on arrival provided by our host. It was a quiet spot and really lovely and well kept. Very close to Lepanto station and Piazza del Popolo. We will definitely be staying there again if we make it back to Rome!

Great stay in Rome close to the city center and attractions. This was a great spot for our family of four - clean and just enough space.

Our stay was fantastic. The apartment was in a perfect location to walk to all the major sites. The neighborhood was quiet with east access to restaurants and shopping. Constantino was welcoming and allowed us to leave our bags, as we arrived early. He assisted with setting up transfer from the airport and called for a taxi for us upon check out. We loved our time in Rome and would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Constantino's place is as described, he made it very easy for check in, we don't speak italian, he doesn't speak english, no problem. vatican 10 min walk, colosseum is a 45 min walk, place was clean, beds were decent, european layout, washer no dryer. overall everything we needed was provided or nearby to get started. would recommend.

Situated within walking distance to all (as long as you are in sneakers) the cozy apartment had exactly what we needed. There was 6 of us, so it was very tight. However- that is the true city living experience. We did have someone who spoke fluent Italian, and it was a big plus.

As advertised. Constantino is a fantastic host and made our stay event free. We were six adults, short walk to everything. Enjoyed the welcome gifts after a long travel day.

The apartment was as advertised, nice large bedrooms with comfy beds and great location for exploring Rome, either by the nearby metro or on foot. The host was helpful and we had a great 3 night stay. The welcome goodies were very kind. Many thanks.

Spending three days in Rome, we found Constantino's apartment to be perfect, both in terms of comfort and location. Also, he was very responsive leading up to our arrival, and he gave a thorough overview once we checked in. I highly recommend staying in his place.

We loved this apartment and neighborhood. It’s not in the city center, but close to the metro and walkable to the Vatican and Spanish Steps.
Costantino is very organized and runs his listing with care. He had lots of snacks and drinks waiting for us! He kindly let us store our luggage for our late flight and was just so kind. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a nice residential area only a short walk to groceries, restaurants, and bars. It was also very convenient to the subway and we made great use of the Lepanto stop to get around Rome. Also, a nice stock of kitchen items and welcoming food made our transition very easy. My compliments to the owner for the essentials. Everything met our needs, but we wish Romans would smoke less and drive less to limit pollution and noise. But that is not the responsibility of the apartment! Thanks for the visit. Cheers,
Jim and Lynne

I had great communication with the owner, Costantino, while booking this apartment and throughout our stay. This was my first time booking overseas accommodation on Stays and I was worried, but it was easy and I would book again without the concerns. Costantino left us quite a few food items, which made the arrival easy, also provided us with lots of information on the metro (5 minute walk), the supermarket, how to get to the main tourist attractions, and restaurant recommendations. The area around the apartment has many restaurants and the supermarket is about 7 blocks away. It is easy to get around Rome from this location. We would recommend this property and stay here again.

Starting with an excellent welcoming and check in process with Constantino, enjoying Rome was an amazing experience and location of this property was a key factor ! close to the Metro stsation ( 3 blocks / 5 min walk ) faciliting the transportation to the main Archeologist and Historical places including 20 minutes walking distance to the Vatican city from the property .
Definitly is a firts choice in the next plan to Rome !
Many thanks Constantino!

I was traveling with my daughter and a friend to Rome for the first time. I chose Mr. Biondi’s home because of the many great reviews. I could now officially, say I made the right choice!! The location was everything. It was a 15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain, Pantheon, and many shops. The Vatican was only a 20 minute walk away. The neighborhood was beautiful and I would definitely, recommend eating at San Marco restaurant which was a short walk from the house and the food was amazing!! Many cafes in the area along with gelato shops. The home was clean, well stocked with all the essentials, looks exactly like the pictures online, and enough space for a family! Mr. Biondi was a very gracious host who answered all my questions and kindly, offered to arrange for transportation to and from the airport which made things very easy!! To sum this trip up in one word ….“Perfecto”.

Nice stay, very convenient location, lots of useful things in the kitchen and Constantine left us a lovely bottle of wine! The only slight improvement would be some updating of the bathrooms. They are a little tired and the shower in the main bathroom needs a new hook. However Constantine recommended some lovely restaurants and organised our taxi to the airport. Thank you and hope to come back to Rome very soon.

Four of us stayed two nights in this nice place with a great location for us. The apartment is on first floor and was clean and equipped with everything and more then we needed. The host spoke little English (only reason I gave 4 stars in that area) but he was very welcoming and helpful with the check in process. It was a great location for us near the metro and buses even though we walked most places. I would recommend and stay here again if given the opeotunity.

We had a wonderful stay in Roma! The apartment is in a beautiful and quiet location that has many restaurant options nearby. Easy access for anything! Constantido is the best host! Our flight was very delayed and we arrived Roma past midnight and he was ready and available to let us in the apartment and show us everything we needed. Lots of nice offerings like many beverages and food stocked in the kitchen!

Lovely apartment and lovely welcome. Apartment half way to Vatican and halfway to central Rome. Not far from all the main attractions. Few eateries close by but for a more lively vibe take the metro ( 8 min walk) into more central areas.. piazza novona is lovely… great food and cool for people watching. Highly recommend an early visit to Vatican… very busy otherwise.. Contstatine fabulous host really chilled and was able to leave luggage as late flight.. nothing was a problem.. Rome we will be back… Thankyou Constantine for a great trip .

We stayed three days in Prati and had a wonderful time! Constantino arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and prepared a nice welcome gift: a few sweet treats and a bottle of wine. The apartment is very nice, on a quiet street, exactly the way it was advertised. It has everything you need. The location is perfect as we could walk to most places in the historic centre. I highly recommend this place.

We were VERY impressed with this property and the owner! From the minute I booked the apartment, Constantino answered all our questions. Not only did he arrange for a private taxi to pick us up for the late-night flight that was delayed, he was waiting to greet us after midnight when we arrived. His friendliness and kind demeaner immediately put us at ease and in vacation mode. He quickly walked us through the apartment so that we could get some sleep, even stocking the kitchen with drinks, snacks, a breakfast pastry and bottle of Chianti! We were a family of 4 and the apartment was very comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood along the Tiber River. The first morning we walked to the Colosseum (30 min) and found this to be a great location for seeing all of the city (Vatican is only 15 min walk). Highly recommend staying here when you are in Rome with a family.

We really enjoyed this apartment. Besides having all the necessary amenities, including great air-conditioning (it was a relief after being out in the horrendously hot weather), there was space enough for everyone to spread out. Many sights were within walking distance and for those farther afield, a metro station is nearby. Also nearby is a grocery store. Signore Biondi is a gracious host and we would recommend his apartment to anyone.
