They made the best of a bad thing and discounted the room.

Nice breakfast.

Cable was spotty. Wi-fi was really not available but told it was because of storms. A lot of rain caused water to drop out of our top floor bathroom fan. They moved us to another room.

Hotel in good location, small but clean hotel; did not love the guys smoking weed outside my window

The breakfast area was big

Gross, inedible, from the eggs to the sausage to the gravy. The orange juice tasted like vinegar, outdated maybe. I ended up eating a bagel.

It was disappointing, and probably will not stay there again.

The cable TV did not work and the WiFi was very slow. I went down to breakfast at 6:20 for coffee and a muffin. Breakfast officially served at 6:30, but they would not make an allowance and give me butter for my muffin.

Comfy bed. Pool is still closed. Deluxe suites have broken toilet, broken jets in tub

When we arrived they did not have our reservation for 2 rooms. All rooms in the town were booked and we had to have family sleep on the floor of my sons apartment. Extremely disappointed!

Superb

Comfortable room in a good location at a good price which included a hot breakfast. Loved the sweet cat who lives there as well.

Facilities are a bit dated but adequate. No significant complaints will stay here again.

Employees would not discount for no hot water since I did our stay online. 😡

Good location.

We had no hot water, sink or tub. Didn’t look like tub had been cleaned, and it didn’t drain well. We couldn’t even take showers, water was COLD.

The indoor pool was closed. The housekeeping did not clean or replenish towels my second night and front desk person was sleeping on couch in lobby when we went down to load car to leave. Not too professional.

OK, but disappointing.

The location was where I expected it to be-south of town right off hwy 63.

This is the old Holiday Inn Express location. I was EXTREMEMLY disappointed that the pool area was closed indefinitely as that was why I chose this hotel. They told me we could use the Days Inn hotel pool, but we've been there and don't care for it. Would you want to go to a pool in a different hotel with no room to change in except the bathroom and no hairdryer to dry your wet head in the freezing weather? No, thank you. Yes, this is partly my fault for not checking to see if the pool was in working condition prior to reserving a room. But if this is a long term problem, then take it off their site until they fix it! The staff was very nice initially, but barely spoke to us later.

Pool not working. Lots of Asian lady beetles in room. Floor could have been vacuumed better.

Typical budget hotel, but non-working internet connection was a dealbreaker for me.

Location is fine, at the south end of town. A few things are within walking distance (although the whole town is pretty small). This is a very basic budget hotel.

Kind of a sad little place. My main issue is that the internet access did not work and staff couldn't do anything about it, nor were they even aware of it most of the time. A lot of throwing arms up in the air with a shrug. It's not that they didn't care - I think they just seemed resigned to the hotel's shortcomings. Without wifi access, the stay was unbearable. Eventually they transferred me to another hotel down the street which, while it was definitely a downgrade in terms of condition and location, at least it had a reliable internet connection. Also, pool was closed.
