About this house rental
Nestled in Park City, this lovely house for $2,427 per night is a great choice for your next trip. In light of current events, we are working around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution disinfected before each guest's arrival. Unlike other residential homes, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and laundering them between guests. We ask ALL our guests to assess themselves and the health of their fellow travelers in the days and weeks leading up to their arrival at our home. Please come retreat from the world at your own private sanctuary. Welcome to this gorgeous Deer Valley home! Your stay will be amazing and you will want to come back again and again. 10 luxury bedroom suites with private bathrooms, there are and additional 1.5 common area bathrooms a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, room to park 7 vehicles and beautiful Park City Valley mountain views. Additional amenities include a home gym, full theater/game room setup. This property is located just a few minutes drive from Park City Main St. where you can enjoy the best shopping, dining and nightlife Park City has to offer. Looking to catch the first chair at one of our world class ski resorts? This property is a 5 minute drive from the lifts at Deer Valley Ski Resort or Park City Mountain Resort. You will only park in the driveway or in the garage. 3. You will not produce any loud outside noise after 9 PM. This includes coming home late at night, being outside on the deck or patio etc... The above rules are not hard to follow. And if followed you will have a wonderful stay, enjoy your vacation, enjoy the neighborhood and have no problems. If you any of the above rules are broken your Security Deposit will be immediately forfeit. We are so sorry for the strict rules but by having them in place it ensures that you and your guests will have a wonderful and uninterrupted stay. If you aren't 100% confident that you can abide by these rules please do not book this home! We would hate for you to lose your deposit and or be made to leave the home. Had a wonderful time staying at this property. We knew well in advance about the 7 car limit on site so it wasn’t a problem. However, sorting out carpools and identifying where to leave surplus cars ahead of time was a ton of work. The house was otherwise the perfect gathering for hosting out of town visitors. There was a bathroom in every bedroom and 10 rooms total! Tons of space in the common rooms and a fully stocked kitchen. The hot tub was not working sadly and we were not notified about this in advance. Our guests all brought swimming suits so that was embarrassing to find out so late. The email we received only said “not use the hot tub after 10pm” so that was misleading prior to arrival. If parking and the hot tub aren’t dealbreakers, this house is a dream to stay in!!!

This house is incredible. Everywhere you look there is another space, another bedroom or another floor. We had such a great time getting caught up with friends and family, and this was the perfect space to do that in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, plus some, and the home was very clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be back!

This house is HUGE! Everywhere you turn, there is more space, and more bedrooms. Perfect for large parties. The kitchen has a ton of dishes, game room was a hit, very clean! This house was great, we had an awesome time!

This is the coolest house we have ever stayed in. The game room downstairs was a huge hit, I love that it has a gym, and it was really well stocked with everything we needed. Management was easy to talk to and always available. This home was the center of our fantastic vacation!

We stayed at this home for our annual friend reunion and it was the perfect space. Plenty of room for everyone, and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen and dining room are huge with the open concept. With the home gym and game room, there wasn't a lot of reasons to even leave the home, but when we did leave the short Uber ride to downtown Main Street was a piece of cake. We had a great time at this beautiful house!

This house is really beautiful. It's very clean and very well decorated, we really enjoyed the game room. The kitchen and living room are huge giving us plenty of space to hang out as a family without feeling on top of each other. We had a great time!

This house is amazing, it has everything. Huge, spacious, and nicely decorated. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail. The customer service and communication with the Property Manager was great, very friendly and easy to work with. I wouldn't change a thing about this home, we look forward to next year! Also, great location.

This is neither luxurious nor a mansion. The best attribute about this property is its location. I have actually stayed in the house across the street and in another four doors up that were both quite nice. Just prior to check in we were informed that one of the bedrooms was out of order due to a water leak beyond their control. Upon arrival we found water pouring into the garage and sheet rock falling off. The patio above had 3 feet of ice and snow. The gas line going to the grill was encased in a block of ice. The living room had 8 orange contractor buckets to catch leaking water. During our stay we lost a second bedroom and had two others with leaks in the closet. There is easily a $100,000 in water damage and probably a lot more. This was caused by incompetent management and shoddy construction. Everything in this house is builder grade from the windows, to the bathrooms, to the particle board vinyl kitchen cabinets. None of the bathtubs drain properly and 3 of the toilets run continuously. The bedrooms are a joke, soft cheap mattresses with Walmart linens, no dressers or hangers. The king and queen bunk beds are ridiculous. The furniture in public areas appear to be Wayfair or IKEA. This is the perfect house for a fraternity party or kids baseball team but not a corporate retreat.

Our family enjoyed this hugh, beautiful house! We had plenty of room and the owner supplied many amenities such as laundry detergent, dishwasher. Liquid and trash bags. The hot tub was not working which we were looking forward to!!!

We had three families with kids of all ages and we have never stayed in a nicer home. This home is so big, everything is very high end and well taken care. You can tell the owner really takes care of this house. The booking and check in process were super smooth. No complaints from anyone, we had a great time in this beautiful home.

We hosted a work retreat at this home and it was absolutely perfect. The communication with the owner prior to our arrival was awesome. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful.
Plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. Everything from the seating, updated appliances, fully stocked kitchen and smart tv worked perfectly for our presentations. The theater and game room ended up being a fantastic perk for us when we were not working. Great home!

We had 20 people (10 couples) gather at the house as a mini-college reunion. The house provided the perfect setting for dinners with everyone gathered around the long table and morning coffee at and around the island. The kitchen is well appointed for large groups and the pantry provides ample space for provisions which keeps the counters clear for prep and gathering. Bathrooms for each bedroom provided space and privacy and everything was spotless upon check-in. The location was convenient for all activities. We had a great time and highly recommend!

We have a large family and there were so many spaces for different groups to gather and visit or watch a movie or play a board game all at the same time. We hope we can return sometime—we loved it!

Our company rented this Deer Park home for our annual company retreat with 15 adults. Plenty of room and beds, with some to spare. Cory was communicative leading up to our check-in and answered all of our questions. The house was very clean, great communal space and in a great location. Our team enjoyed all being able to eat dinner at the same table, the game room and taking walks through the neighborhood. *Our only suggestion, there is no outdoor furniture for the front facing deck or in the backyard, this would've provided a comfortable environment for enjoying the sunsets and hanging during the day. We were very understanding of the noise policy, easy to follow.

The house was a great size for our 3 generation family birthday celebration. We had 17 people. Cory was very responsive. It was terribly disappointing that the hot tub was not operational.

This was the perfect house to host my Mastermind of 20 VRBO Hosts. It was spacious, designed well, and Jonathan was a great host.
As hosts we are very critical and ran an evaluation on the property as a group and it passed with flying colors.
