About this condo rental
Located in Orange Beach, this lovely condo for $547 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Come stay with us and enjoy our piece of paradise! In Fall of 2018 our building was completely renovated on the outside, with new paint/stucco, updates to all balconies and updates to the indoor heated pool as well as a new boardwalk for beach access. Welcome to beach luxury at its finest. The Enclave is one of the upper tier condo complexes on the Alabama Gulf Coast with an excellent reputation. It sits right on the beach with gorgeous views up and down the coastline. The Enclave has fantastic amenities including: an outdoor beach side pool with plenty of sunning area, an indoor heated pool, a lighted tennis court, and a grilling area. Directly across the street you will find Rouse's grocery store, Wal-Mart, nail salon, liquor/wine/cigar stores, and several restaurants. You will find that our condo is one of the most updated and well appointed units in the building. The condo is a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath 1600 square foot unit located on the third floor in the envied corner location with a wraparound balcony providing the best beach and gulf views. It has been updated with new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, wood, and tile flooring. The unit has crown molding, 9 foot ceilings, upscale fixtures and appliances, wood in the bedrooms, and tile everywhere else. MASTER SUITE The Master Suite has a pillow top king sized bed with new end tables and chest of drawers. It overlooks the beach with beautiful views and has a sliding glass door to the balcony. The new drapery provides privacy and blocks out the early morning light. The 43 inch SMART Roku HDTV allows you to access all your online streaming accounts, and a DVD player is provided as well. The bathroom includes two sinks, a stand up shower, a separate large Jacuzzi bathtub, and walk-in closet. GUEST SUITE The Guest Suite includes its own king sized pillow top mattress along with new bed and furniture. The 32 inch SMART Roku HDTV allows you to access all your online streaming accounts, and a DVD player is provided as well. The full-sized bathroom has ample closet space with its own bath and shower. GUEST BEDROOM AND BATH The third bedroom has two queen sized pillow top beds along with and the 32 inch SMART Roku HDTV allows you to access all your online streaming accounts, and a DVD player is provided as well. The third full bathroom is adjacent. LIVING AREA The living area has a beautiful sectional sleeper sofa along with a 55 inch HD Flat Screen SMART TV, HD Cable service with HD DVR, and Blue Ray player. The blackout drapes help keep the early morning sunlight out. The sliding glass door opens up to the wrap-around balcony. The living area also includes a wet bar and ice maker. THE BALCONY The wrap-around balcony gives a spectacular 180 degree view of the beach and gulf. We are so close to the beach that the balcony practically sits over the sand. The balcony has a table and seating for four as well as 2 lounge chairs to enjoy the views.You will love the glass balcony that provides excellent visibility. THE DINING AREA The dining area has seating for 8 along with a extendable ends on our Dining table which provides seating or 10 with the barstools. The sliding glass door in the dining area provides great views of the beach and access to the balcony. THE KITCHEN The updated kitchen is well stocked with all your needs to prepare any meal. There are cherry wood cabinets and granite counter tops. The appliances are stainless. A coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, can opener, and toaster oven are included on the counter tops. OTHER AMENITIES For your convenience there is also a full size washer and Dryer, iron, beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys, alarm clocks in all bedrooms, updated 6 gang outlets with USB charging ports in all rooms, a vacuum cleaner, and a broom/dustpan. The Enclave provides Free WiFi throughout the property as well as onsite Security. We will provide 2 parking passes during your stay. No motor homes, trailers, boats or RVs allowed in the Enclave parking lot. Extra vehicles of any kind (including RVs/Trailers/boats) can be parked across the street at the Rouse’s shopping center. We park here on regular occasion when we have a third vehicle and have never had any problems with towing or theft. We can't wait for you to experience our fabulous condo at The Enclave in Orange Beach. Absolutely no smoking. No pets are allowed based our HOA’s rules.

We enjoyed our stay at Jason’s Covid immensely! Jason was a kind, responsive, and caring host who went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay at his beach condo.
The place was perfect for our 6 adults and an infant! Each couple had their own bathroom (huge bathrooms) and the beds we’re comfortable. The kitchen and living space were large and well setup for guests. And that view! This condo was in the perfect location (groceries and shopping within walking distance) and the deck offered a gorgeous view of sunrises and the beach!

This is a great unit with an owner that is very easy to communicate with. The unit is clean with everything you need. The icemaker and location across from shopping made even those that had to park cars elsewhere not feel trapped.
The dishwasher was still not drying dishes the 2nd year back, there was a single dish towel, and the master bathroom, as big as it is, has a single outlet on only one side so bring an extra dishtowel and a short extension cord for the master and you will love this unit. We'll be back!!

We spent a week here and loved every minute of it. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 college daughters and with our married daughter and grandchildren (2 and infant). The condo was very spacious. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen and living room were very spacious. The outdoor balcony was even large. The condo stayed cool even when it was hot and muggy out. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are several grocery stores within walking distance. The restaurants in the area are perfect. We are at GTs and the Gulf and recommend both. The condo has an I door and outdoor pool if you need a break from the salt water. The owner has a storage closet full of beach items to use like chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and sand toys and buckets. Bring some flashlights for searching the beach at night. We didn’t but bought some at the Walmart across the street. The owner of the condo is nice and responsive. The quality of condo is very nice. I highly recommend.

Everything was as listed. Owner kept us up to date on anything going on during our stay. Parking was an issue but we were aware of that. Parked across the road by the ATM and didnt have any issues. We enjoyed it!!

Beautiful Condo with Great Host
I highly recommend this beautiful condo! Having four queen/king beds plus a pull-out couch was perfect for our family and is hard to find in a condo. The information packet sent prior to arrival is very detailed and provides additional helpful information which is greatly appreciated. We did have a small issue with one of the showers but Jason (the condo host) was easy to contact, quickly sent plumbers to fix the issue, and provided updates throughout the process.
The outdoor pool has been renovated since the pictures were taken. There is a gradual decline into the pool now (0 to 4.5 feet deep) instead of stairs. There is also a small shallow area (~1/2 foot deep) to lounge in or for little ones to play in.
**Note for parking if taking more than 2 vehicles (only 2 vehicles allowed to park at condo): The website to find parking is premiumparking.com (they also have an app). The Fairfield Inn is the closest parking and is behind Walmart but the daily rate has gone up to $20 per day. However, you can get a monthly subscription for $82 after tax so that is a much better rate if you are staying for more than 4 nights. Just make sure to cancel the subscription so they don't charge you next month.
Overall, we had an excellent vacation and loved the condo. I hope this was helpful. Have a great vacation!

Great family trip. This 3/3 Condo was clean and well supplied. The owner, Jason, was very proactive and made himself readily available. The location, which is directly across from 2 grocery stores made it easy to just walk across the street. The ice machine was a Huge bonus!!! The dining table was expandable to accommodate 8 of us and the sectional could actually comfortably handle us all. And, that combination code entrance hands down beats 2 keys being shared by multiple adults. Highly recommend!

Because it is a smaller complex we didn’t have the elevator situation usually encountered on other trips to Orange Beach. It was very clean and comfortable for our entire family. Parking was the only issue. I would have rather been guaranteed one parking spot per unit. We could have had a pass for all 4 of our vehicles and it would not have mattered because the lot stayed full continuously. Once you parked you were afraid to go anywhere because you’d be forced into riding around the parking lot until someone else left out. Most of the time we would need to park across the street.
That was our only issue. It was a wonderful trip and perfect location.

One of the better condos we’ve stayed in while visiting Orange Beach. The condo was spotless. Jason communicated quickly and was very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of room. The kitchen was huge and VERY well stocked, even including a little welcome gift. The living room was big and had a great couch with plenty of seating.
The only downside to this rental is the parking. The lot is very small and we had to park across the 4 lane a couple of times if we got back after 8:30-9. It wouldn’t deter us from staying here again though, so not a deal breaker.

The attention to detail was incredible from a hair dryer in each bathroom to the Keurig and coffee pot in the kitchen. The beach was extremely easy to access with small children. Jason was wonderful and responsive. We have vacationed in Orange Beach for years. This will be the only place we stay in the future!
