Relax on the oversized couch and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or prepare dinner in the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, which has ample granite counter space, brand-new stainless-steel appliances, and restaurant-style cookware!  The Master Bedroom is just off the kitchen and has a King size bed and twin trundle. Guests can enjoy the ensuite bathroom which features a walk-in shower. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the main level and 2 on the downstairs level, each with a Queen bed. OUTDOOR AMENITIES Head out the French doors to access the 3-story outdoor space. On the second level you’ll find a table with seating for 6 and a BBQ grill. The third level, your rooftop retreat, is outfitted with turf, sun loungers, and covered outdoor seating overlooking the tree canopy and Downtown skyline. Grab a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine under the stars and enjoy quality time with your friends, families, and guests. LAYOUT Please note: when you enter the home, small staircases either lead you up to the “main” floor (where you access the deck and staircase leading to the rooftop retreat) or down to the “lower” floor. Our property is just minutes to the Frank Erwin Center, the UT Football Stadium and the UT baseball stadium.
