We were very pleased with our accommodations. We were there for a week and found it to be in a convenient location as described. The metro system is quite easy to navigate as well as clean and efficient. Atis the manager was very helpful and responsive. It was well stocked and comfortable. Definitely recommend it!

Modern and clean apartment, very comfortable and well appointed with everything you need for a restful stay. Great location, slightly out of the centre in a local neighbourhood (we enjoyed our visit to Simmeringer Landbier on the corner for great beer and authentic Austrian food), but we prefer this, especially given there are both tram and metro stops seconds away for trouble-free access to the main tourist sights in ten minutes. The host was really friendly with excellent contact throughout and a genuine desire to ensure we had everything we needed. Heartily recommended.

Alli was a very good host. The apartment was very clean with plenty of towels, coffee, laundry detergent and even a welcome bottle of wine. There was plenty of space and privacy for our all adult family. Location is not in the downtown city area but across the street from the metro which is super easy to use. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

I would highly recommend this apt.. location is great .. right on the tram line and 5 stops to the centre and it was ideal for us because we had a car and the apt has parking. The area itself also has some great restaurants, awesome bakeries and convenience stores. The hosts were so attentive, checking in on us very day, they left us gifts of wine.
Everything you need is in the apt, washing , tv with Netflix, aircon, a decent hairdryer, good water pressure .. those little things count when you have been travelling for a while .

Sehr kundenorientierter und aufmerksamer Service. Immer erreichbar. Sehr schöne zentralliegende Wohnung mit Parkplatz im Hof.
Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück ein.
Klimaanlage hilft die heißen Tage gut zu überstehen.
Alles vorhanden was man benötigt.
Bei einer Woche Aufenthalt gibt es sogar eine Zwischenreinigung.
Innerhalb von wenigen Metern Discounter, Bäcker, Gemüsehändler. U3, Straßenbahn, Restaurants.....
Gerne wieder.

Besser geht nicht!
Die Wohnung ist super schön, sie liegt im Hinterhof, von der Hauptstraße ist kaum etwas zu hören. Die U-Bahn ist 2 Minuten Gehweg entfernt, die Straßenbahn hält quasi vor dem Haus. Da ein Parkplatz bei der Wohnung dabei war, konnten wir das Auto die ganze Woche stehen lassen und alle Erkundungen per U- und Straßenbahn machen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es wurde mehrfach nachgefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen. Sogar nach Abreise wurden wir angeschrieben, ob wir gut nach Hause gekommen sind. Alles in Allem ein toller Trip nach Wien. Sollten wir nochmal nach Wien fahren, werden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Traumurlaub
Die Lage könnte fast nicht besser sein. An einer sehr belebten Straße mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants gelegen, durch die Hinterhoflage aber sehr ruhig. Die U- und S Bahn in 150 m Entfernung.Parkplatz direkt im Hof.
Sehr schöne Wohnung. Sehr zu empfehlen.
