The 80 sq. meter vacation apartment situated nearby Schloss Schoenbrunn (the famous castle with the park and the zoological garden) has over 3 rooms with a total of 5 beds, a centrally accessible entrance room, a completely equipped kitchen with a seating area, a bath and a separate WC. This vacation apartment is in no way comparable to a tiny hotel room.. A highchair and a cot are available for small children as well as a work place with internet access for business travelers. 2 Cable-TV units as well as a HiFi-system are also available. By means of the subway-station near at hand you will get to the centre in 15 minutes. In front of the apartment you'll find no-charge public parking lots. The apartment is well located, in a quiet neighbourhood close to the subway, just a short ride from the city centre. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the facilities are excellent. There are shops for provisions within walking distance. For us, the apartment was a home from home, somewhere where we enjoyed to return to after a busy day sightseeing.

Stayed for about a month with my fiancee- met all of our needs, and have us a taste of local living.
Grocery store and bakery close by - and about 5 minute wall to Vienna's excellent transit system.

We stayed here over New Years and had a fantastic time. The apartment is in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. There is a small market and McDonalds within walking distance. We utilized Uber so we did not use the rail system. It is about a 15 min car ride to the middle of town and about 25 mins to the airport. The apartment has 2 br, 1 ba. We had 5 people (3 adults and 2 kids) in our party and it worked perfectly. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the other room has 2 twin beds and a cot. There is a washer, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffeemaker. The apartment is furnished with cups, plates and linens etc. The owner, Mr. Süss was a pleasure to work with. He responds timely and readily available if there are any questions.

No problem finding parking on the street. The building was quiet and there was plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out and enjoy the space. Would stay here again if we return.

Wohlfühlen in Wien
Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichteten. Sie ist zwar nicht modern und auch nicht komfortabel... dennoch hat sie alles was man braucht und ist komplett ausgestattet.
Sie liegt ganz in der Nähe einer U-Bahnstation, der Parkplatz für Pkw war direkt vor der Tür. Das Wohnviertel ist ehr ruhig.
Im Großen und Ganzen war alles in Ordnung und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Wir waren 5 Personen... Eltern mit 3 erwachsen Kindern. Platz war genug.

Die Tage in Wien bei herrlichstem "Kaiserwetter" haben wir sehr genossen.
