Enjoy panoramic views from the generous windows throughout our great room or from your master bedroom. Al fresco dining on your oceanfront deck can't be beat; or for a rainy day, cuddle up to our decorative fireplace in Ernest Hemingway Key West style furnishings. Our beautifully decorated and updated home will give you the vacation that you have been longing for. We are an Upper/Lower Duplex: If you are coming with a second family, Also book Sandstep 616-2 above us for a total of 9 bedrooms! Ground Level: Stairwell access to property level, Pool, Outdoor shower, Beach access. Covered parking for 2 vehicles. Park Tandem, on right side under the house as marked for 616-1. A 3rd vehicle, size dependent, may fit tandem on the driveway apron. Stairwell access to property level, Pool, Outdoor shower, Beach access. Property Level: One stairwell up to entrance. Living Room: Sofa, 2 soft side chairs, 2 side chair and ottoman, occasional tables, TV behind decorative doors, ceiling fan, spectacular ocean views. Closet with tons of board games for rainy days! Dining Area: Dining Table with seating for six Deck: Oceanfront, Dining Table w/ 4 chairs, 2 Lounge chairs, Propane grill Kitchen: Fully equipped, solid surface countertops, double stainless sink, reverse osmosis drinking water, Stainless steel appliances, bar top seating for 3 Primary Bedroom Suite: King size bed, 2 nightstands, Chest of Drawers, Dresser with Mirror, Vertical wall mounted dressing mirror, Blanket Rack, TV, private island view balcony. Ensuite Bathroom with Bathtub and Shower, double vanity, toilet Guest Bedroom 1: Two Twin over Full bunkbeds, TV, ceiling fan, pack n play and stroller in closet for guest use. (Bring your own sheet.) Guest Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, single vanity, toilet Guest Bedroom 2: King size Bed,2 Nightstands, Dresser, TV, ceiling fan Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer, Storage Shelving Parking: 3 cars, size dependent. Park Tandem, on right side under the house as marked for 616-1. Rental Policies: In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement. Arrival/Departure: Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm Check Out is by 10:00 am We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure. Electronic Lock Entry, plus Hard Key. You will need to stop by our office to get your key. House Rules: No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities No Smoking Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Cancellation Policy: - Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking - After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee - After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee. Things To Do: Adventure awaits. Perfect location!! Kitchen well stocked with cooking and storage utensils. One of the best places I have ever stayed. Clean and neat. Easy checkin and check out. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Plenty of parking space. Thank you for a great stay!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue was our noisy upstairs neighbors and that people not staying in the units were using the pool. This made the pool over crowded most of the stay. Location of the house is great and the amenities are great. Thank you for a nice stay.

Property was wonderful, most things that happened to us was the result of the hurricane nothing anybody could do about some things ie Pool, and power outage. I did notice some dishes and the blender were dirty. Blender looked like it had milkshake leftover from a while back. So we cleaned all dishes before we used then. We had a great stay and would do it again.

The property was nice. I would suggest, though that the housekeeping wipe down all surfaces, including door handles, cupboards, the gate to enter, kitchen surfaces. The private entrance to the beach was nice. The foot shower in unit #1 was broken. The neighborhood had much to be desired. The first night,there was a huge party in the condo across the street until after 3 am. Lots of traffic and shouting.

Our week at 616-1 was amazing. The house is the most beautiful on the block, has the best view, and is very well maintained. The house had plenty of room for our family of 6. Watching the sun rise, off the back deck, was the highlight of my morning. I would stay here again, absolutely!!

We loved our stay at the property. It was up to date, well furnished, spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We especially loved the deck, view and easy access to the beach. The furniture and amenities within the unit were all great, especially the king beds which were high quality and very comfortable (hard to find). We would love to return and would recommend to others as well

Great place for family vacation!

We had 2 families - 4 adults and 5 kids and this home was great! The high ceilings and deck space really made the place feel huge! We had plenty of space for all of us! The location was fantastic - just far enough from the boardwalk to not deal with the traffic/crowd, but close enough to walk and enjoy it! The management company was very responsive to our questions/needs.

Our stay was nothing short but amazing. The house was clean and spacious. The beach is within walking distance and so beautiful. You can see and hear the ocean from the deck. The pool is located next door and shared with a few other condos but was clean, relaxing, and only a few steps out of the house. There are plenty of places to eat and shop. Having everything so close including the beach and pool made our vacation so much more relaxing. We would LOVE to come back again!

Parking was an issue. We had a highlander and a truck. The truck barely fit under the house. Also, the people upstairs parked right in front of the steps and that was a pain. The first night we discovered the grill did not work. I called the next day and was told "We don't typically do maintenance on the grill, but I will send someone to look at it." No one ever came to look at it. Of course we had bought food to grill that didn't get eaten. The shower to rinse off was under the house and not convenient to our place. The small pool is located in front of the house next door is shared by a few houses. It felt like we were walking into someone's back yard the one time we used it. Someone pooped in the pool the 2nd or 3rd day we were there. It was only closed for a short time and I'm not sure it was properly cleaned so we only got in the pool once. All that being said, the inside was nice and clean. I would not rent this property again.

Parking for the downstairs unit should specify small to midsized vehicles only. Pool should be limited to 616 and 618 only, and listing should have stated shared pool with four units. Lastly the noise between the upstairs and downstairs units was annoying. You can clearly hear everyone walking above you. The check out process was a breeze and Beth was extremely helpful. Over all we had a wonderful time.

We found our annual place!

We have been going to CB for 5 years for our annual Mother’s Day girl’s weekend. This is by far the best rental choice! We loved how easy the process was and that we had the option to check in early and check out late. The rental property was so nice and helpful. Everything was super clean and very nice. Loved the pool and how close it is to the beach. we were. This will be our go to every year from now on. Exceeded every expectation!
