Situated in Miramar Beach, this attractive condo for $531 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This 2 bedroom, 7th floor unit features sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from an oversized balcony and almost every room in this condo. You can even see the Gulf of Mexico from the Kitchen. Two sets of sliding glass doors allow access to the Gulf front balcony. The Living Room features a huge sectional sofa with chaise lounge (queen size sleeper sofa), wrought iron coffee table and area rug. Entertainment console with a 65' Samsung LED SmartTV and bluetooth soundbar. The adjoining Dining Area features a beaded chandelier and table that seats six. The Kitchen was recently remodeled and opens to the Living Room and Dining Area. The Kitchen was completely gutted and rebuilt - new Kraft Made Cabinets, granite counters, Samsung stainless steel appliances, marble and glass back splash and LED under cabinet lighting. All new small appliances. Everything you could need to prepare a meal is in the kitchen - bar ware, professional style knives, silverware, dishes, cook ware and bake ware make this a kitchen you'll feel right at home in. The Gulf Front Master Suite features all new furniture, mattresses and linens. A gorgeous king-size bed, long dresser with a 55' LED SMART TV and an ihome radio on the night stand. The adjoining Master Bath was completely gutted - new Kraft Made vanity with granite counters, wall sconces embedded into the mirror. In the adjoining bathroom - a new toilet and large walk in shower with bench and frameless shower enclosure. An adjoining Gulf Front balcony with breath taking sunrise views, is accessible from the Master Suite. The spacious Guest Suite was also redecorated with all new furniture - twin beds with new mattresses, linens and blankets. A long dresser with 55" LED Smart TV. Plantation shutters, a walk-in closet and remodeled adjoining bath with new Kraft Made Vanity, granite counters and new toilet complete the suite. The spacious gulf front balcony features custom designed wicker table and chairs with cushions, a perfect place to enjoy a sunrise breakfast or cocktails after a long day on the beach. The local attractions are ever changing and our home is located very close to many of them. Our 800 ft private beach is at the top of that list! But if you must leave the beach, the silver sands factory stores is directly across the street featuring over 100 top designer store outlets and several restaurants. And for a coffee drinker, there is a Starbucks in walking distance! Several golf courses are also near by including a par 3 course and putt putt. Big kahuna's water park is a just short drive west. Grande Destin has just opened with upscale shops, new Carmike cinema (w dining) and restaurants just to the east. Destin commons, an outdoor mall, is just two miles to the west. Many additional activities are available in the area: fishing (beach, pier and deep), wild life viewing, horse back ridding, golf, tennis and much more. The seventh floor view, gulf breezes and the sounds of the ocean are unforgettable from this luxury condo. This property was just as listed. Very easy to get to Condo. Elevator straight across from condo. The facility was well manicured and pretty. The beach is Beautiful. Check in and out is a Breeze. I would definitely recommend the condo.

The condo was great. It was clean, had all the necessary kitchen utensils we needed. The master shower did leak on the floor every time we took a shower but that’s the only downside. The view was incredible. The beach was the best part. We had a great time and I would stay in this unit again.

We loved everything about this property. There were a few issues that need to be addressed..the master bath shower is not properly sealed on the bottom so the bathroom floor gets wet every time you shower, the master bedroom closet door was broken and the kitchen garbage did not close.We are strongly considering booking again next year.

Great location, really enjoyed the beach service. My folks were able to stay with us for part of the trip. My friend and I were really able to relax and enjoy our time there.

Very nice place, however, no towels in kitchen, no cabinet space for any groceries, shower flooded bathroom ever time someone took a shower, even with the shower head pointed opposite of shower door. Water runs directly off shower curb into the bathroom.

We bought this as a present for our son and his family. The write up on it says newly remodeled. YES...new sofa, kitchen was beautiful, and definitely a new paint SMELL. Maybe some mold smell too? Other reviews were right on, and I believe the owner tried to fix it. It probably just needed a DEEP cleaning, and a touch up before the kids got there. We didn't want to complain, just have a good time, so we dusted stuff off and opened windows. We were next door in Robert's other unit, also under remodel, but it wasn't a problem at all, so our family spent most of the time with us there.

I liked the location. Hard to find because signage was poor. Parking was decent. The kitchen was difficult to navigate if more than one person is trying to cook. Hallway is very narrow. Pretty clean, except the floors. There was a lot of buildup of dirt on the outer edges of the floor. I didn't want to walk barefoot. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was clean. Love the view! Furniture was dated. Overall a good experience.

We enjoyed staying in this property so much. Amazing view from the balcony and easy access to the properties private beach. Chairs and umbrella are provided to the guests. It's also very convenient to waterfront dining options.

The condo was nicely equipped and clean. The location was as advertised. it would have been nice if there had been written information on the TV system. Other than that everything that was controllable was done well. The weather related issues from Ian resulted in cool winds and the Gulf was a tad cool. But otherwise every thing was great.

We were under the impression from the photos online and the write up that the balcony was on the gulf. Our balcony was on the side of the condo and our view was of other condo buildings and a little bit of the Gulf. (This was very disappointing) If I had known that it was a side balcony I would have looked for another condo. The master bath shower door leaked all over the floor. Had to leave towels on the bath floor to soak up the water everytime we showered. After the rain, water was puddled outside our door into the condo, so whad to walk through the puddle everytime we entered or left the condo. Nice location, just wish the details would not have been misleading.

Living in Northern Missouri and having a wife who is in the Healthcare profession we absolutely HAD to get away from home and get a chance to relax for a while and decided on an area of Florida we had never been to before.
We absolutely loved sitting on the white sand and being in the clear water, even if it was to bob in the water and let the waves push us back into shore
We traveled with our 16 year old daughter and we ALL just enjoyed the beach and view from the balcony very much.
And as much as we enjoyed ourselves there are issues that are beyond the owners control and we know that. The area seems to be ever expanding and the sounds of the new construction EVERY DAY were a little disheartening as my wife would spend the mornings on the balcony to relax and watch the sun rise. The sounds of the construction would drown out the crashing waves but not the view if the gulf. But we have learned over the years to take the good and not concern ourselves with the bad if we don't have too.
We had noticed upon arrival that the master bedroom had some odor to we tracked to what appeared to be some mildew on the inside of the curtains and the dresser. We were able to alleviate the smell with drier sheets so as not to transfer to our clothing. I also can understand that Due to the humid environment it would be difficult to TOTALLY eradicate this issue.
Overall we totally enjoyed and would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay and experience this condo for a week.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Beautiful views and lots of convenience. The owners were very easy to work with and super responsive to any questions we had prior to our trip. The condo was perfect for our little family. Quick walk downstairs to the beach and great pool and parking access as well. Nothing better! The only thing I would suggest would be some pantry shelving added to the cleaning closet in the kitchen. We ended up covering the end of the beautiful countertop with dry goods and snack items because the kitchen is stocked with so many kitchen essentials in the cabinets. Overall, great trip and we would gladly return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Miramar/Destin! The condo was nice and well equipped with everything that a family would need. It was peaceful. The owner, Robert was very easy to communicate with and quick to resolve issues of the previous renters inorder for our stay to be pleasant. This property is in a GREAT location, but unfortunately, our positive experience ended there. This condo was filthy. The countertops were disgusting. We had to purchase Clorox wipes to clean them. The ceiling fan in the living room was very wobbly and was covered in dust. It was obvious that the counters and floors had not been cleaned in a very long time. After showering, my feet were completely black from walking barefoot. The master shower leaks all over the floor. The other shower has a shower head that is pathetic. It needs to be changed NOW. Two dining chairs were completely broken. There are no curtains in the living room. There was a very strong unpleasant smell when we entered the condo. The dryer took a few cycles to dry clothes. We tried communicating the most important issues to the owner, but nothing was resolved. He did send over someone to mop, but she used a little swiffer mop and it really didn't come close to cleaning the filthy floors. This place desperately needs a DEEP clean. She did not remove dust from the ceiling fans even though we told her about it. No one came out to fix the chairs, as we were told would happen. We literally had to sit on broken chairs while sitting at the table. We also had to take Zyrtec/Claritin to help with allergy issues due to the dust and dirty conditions of this condo. This dishwasher also had issues and when we wanted to blend up a cocktail, we tried, but the blender was broken. I could continue writing about the filthiness of this condo, but I'm sure you get the point by now. We had a great time, because the beach was perfect, but we would NEVER stay in this unit again.

We had a wonderful visit! We enjoyed the white sand beaches. The weather was in the mid 60's- upper 70's with breezes blowing in off the cool water, which required a lightweight blanket when sitting on the balcony for early morning sunrises. However, midday beach time was perfect & not too hot or too cold. The beach chairs & umbrella worked out great, but we had to bring 2 chairs of our own for our group of 4. It is easy to find the beach attendant for the beach gear. The kitchenware was perfect, although we did bring a crockpot & our juicer along. The beds were comfortable We enjoyed the amenities at the condo, and also enjoyed going to a few of the local sites. We had dinner at The Back Porch, we went to a local seafood market to purchase some lobster claws & crab legs, we stopped and bought some biscuits for breakfast, and went to an antique shop. It was a wonderful trip & we wish we could afford to go more often! The owners were good at answering all of our questions prior to arrival. My personal recommendation: Just do it!!! There is even a pool for those that prefer it over the beach, or for a nighttime swim, and a large hot tub for relaxing in the evening. They also have a kiddie pool area, so none are left out. We also enjoyed some nightly games & a puzzle in the room & left 3 more puzzles for future guests.
