Our recently redecorated, platinum rated condo is waiting for family and friends to enjoy one of the most requested properties on the Gulf Coast! The condo offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master has a king size bed with a bath with a Jacuzzi tub, tiled walk-in shower, granite counter top, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a new king size bed with attached full bath. Two twin beads, with a full bath, make up the third bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and DVD players. The kitchen, dining room and living room make up one large area and is comfortably appointed with two full-sized couches (one is a sleeper), new recliner, new coffee and end tables, large wall-mounted flat screen TV, a table that seats 6, and 3 barstools. A large deck, which overlooks the pool area and the Gulf, is accessible from the living room, as well as the master bedroom. The Crescent is conveniently located to shopping areas, grocery stores and restaurants. Covered parking is available. There is a total of 68 units on four floors within the complex. There are two beautiful pools, a hot tub, and plenty of space to enjoy the sun at the pool and beach. The Crescent offers meeting rooms, a fitness center, free beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas are provided by owner), on-site management, on-site maintenance, and is a secured, gated complex. The Crescent is simply a beautiful and relaxing place to spend your vacation with family and friends!

We really loved this condo! It was very nice and clean. The condo was nicely furnished and had all of the kitchen supplies that we needed. There was a nice supply of starter items like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. I spoke to the owner once and he was extremely helpful and friendly. Communication was great. He even included a list of local restaurants with brief descriptions and price points. Check in and checkout were quick and simple We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

This property is exactly as advertised. The Crescent is my family's favorite place to stay as it is beachside- so no crossing the road to get to the beach and the pool is very large and young kid friendly. The condo is well furnished- the couches were very comfortable, the beds were nice and the dining area was lovely. The kitchen has all the amenities that you would need as far as utensils, dishes and gadgets. There was no saran wrap, foil or baggies though. I didnt think to bring any so I had to buy some once there. Each bathroom has liquid soap and the kitchen has a good start with a few dishwasher tablets, 3 trash bags and 3 washer pods. The only issue we had while there was a housekeeping issue and not an owner issue. They forgot to put out bathmats for any of the bathrooms and 2 of the trashcans in the bathrooms did not have liners in them- but we used grocery bags for that and Chris had housekeeping come by the next day to bring the bathmats. He was very quick to respond and address any question or issue we had. The front desk is also very helpful and now uses bracelets with chips in them to open gates- which was great as you didnt have to worry over punching in the code wrong or it not working. The condo comes with two umbrellas and 4 chairs on the beach and that was perfect for us. It wasn't too loud in the evenings, plenty of places to eat and shop are walking distance from the condo but also easily drivable as well. We will definitely be back! We loved it.

We loved our stay at The Crescent. There is easy access to the beach and pool. Neither the beach or the pool were overly crowded during our stay. The resort is in a great area with restaurants, shopping, and activities within a short walk or drive. The unit had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is very well maintained, with an awesome master bath, and the beach is amazingly beautiful with its clear blue/green water. The pool was also a big hit with our group. We had plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. Chris’ communication was clear and helpful! We were so pleased that we were able to check in about 1.5 hours early! We would definitely rent here again.

Comfortable clean condo on first floor. Great space for all to spread out. Husband and I stayed with daughter and her husband and 2 yr old. Enjoyed the balcony with view of ocean and pools. Smaller pool was heated. Nice kitchen with plenty of dishes etc. would recommend!

We have been going to the Destin area for years and have stayed at multiple units around Destin. I have to say this was our best accomodations. The condo had great views, loved the patio. It was spacious l, we had 8 people with us and we had plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach and pool. Property manager was friendly and a call away if needed. Highly recommend!!!

We loved the condo! It was spacious and met our needs. My husband and I stayed here with our 4 kids (ages 9, 8, 5, & 3) and it was perfect. Our condo was located right in front of the pool and loved that the resort was also on the beach so it was super convenient. Would happily stay here again!

We had the most amazing family vacation! We had sweet moments in the morning and evening sitting on the balcony looking at the gorgeous view of the gulf and pool. The location of our unit to the beach could NOT have been any more convenient. Our unit had the best stocked kitchen of any place we’ve ever stayed, and also had lots of extras. ( beach chairs, umbrellas and baby essentials ). We had absolutely no problems or issues during our stay. Our communication with the owners before our trip was great. They respond quickly and were alway available to help us or answer any questions we might have. We will DEFINITELY stay here again. 😊

This unit is very spacious, clean, and close to the beach access, grill and pool. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The view from the balcony is wonderful. We will stay here again!

My wife and I have been vacationing at the Crescent for more than 10 years, though never in this unit, and never on the first floor. It was fantastic. We appreciated the access to the elevator, pool, beach, and workout facilities. The room itself was very nicely appointed and quite beautiful, the best room we've ever had at the Crescent. The owner was very responsive to issues (of our own making), and very easy to work with throughout. We appreciate the cooperation of the owners, and would love to stay at this unit again next year and for the foreseeable future. The Crescent staff has done a commendable job of maintaining the pool and common areas. A lot of properties begin to show their age after this much time, but the Crescent stay on top of things, which is evident in the top-notch care given to landscaping and the excellent pool area. Only (minor) complaint would be the zeroes running the lawn chair operation, their lack of commitment and care is pretty low. Still, we got it done, and the water was great most days. The Crescent is still tops in the Destin/Miramar area. Thanks to all!

Property was excellent. Located on the first level close to the stairs for easy beach access. Condo was in good shape except for a few of the bathroom hooks that were loose or off the doors. Owners communication was great.

The pool is fantastic and location is great. Only gripe would be the process to secure beach chairs was not super clear and found out that owners get first dibs on the front row, so had to settle sitting in the second row because the front was always reserved.

Condo with perfect and just as described. Lots of room for the whole family without being crowded. Our group included three couples and two grandkids. Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked for any amount of cooking you might want to do. The grounds and pool area were fantastic and kept very clean. Pool cleaned every morning. Very secure complex with gated entry. This family will definitely be returning on our next beach vacation. New owners took over after we booked condo and were great.

This condominium, the complex and the owner were all great. The unit was so clean and had everything we needed. The location to the beach is great and the view is beautiful. The whole complex is very clean and family friendly and not too crowded. We never had a problem finding a chair at the pool when we would come up from the beach. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

This unit is perfect for a family vacation. We have stayed at several condos in the Destin area and this is by far the best. We use the kitchen a lot during our stays and this one has everything you need to prepare meals. The whole complex is clean and well kept. Definitely be a return visitor.

Have stayed at this property multiple times. It is laid out thoughtfully and well-kept. Two walkways to the beach with showers. Large lagoon-style pool plus a smaller heated pool, hot tub, and plenty of chairs. First time staying in this particular unit. We needed a 3-BR this time because we were traveling with our daughter, her friend, and 3 grandchildren. It fit our needs perfectly. 2 King rooms and a kid’s room with 2 twin beds. PLUS each bedroom had its own bathroom! Check! It was very clean and well-appointed with everything you might need. A full-sized washer and dryer definitely came in handy. The separate pantry off the kitchen was a PLUS. The owners made themselves available for questions and were very helpful. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely stay here again.
