Situated in Miramar Beach, this charming condo for $755 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. **Miramar Beach / Sandestin / Destin** Hot Tub Two pools (one heated) Kiddie Pool Tennis Courts & Pickleball Convenient to restaurants and shopping One beach set-up (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) is complimentary (March thru October). Additional beach set-ups are available for rental This spacious condo has been beautifully decorated with coastal decor and has 4 bedrooms (two masters) and 3 1/2 baths. It has two separate balconies with amazing gulf views from the third and fourth floors of Mainsail Condominium Building I, which is one of the main two buildings overlooking the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. **UPDATE: All carpet has been replaced with solid surface flooring as of December 2019. And, all windows overlooking gulf have been replaced with double paned windows as of August 2020. New photos updated in March 2023. **The main level includes an open concept kitchen, dining space and living area, as well as a powder bath and master bedroom with an en-suite master bathroom. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and is fully equipped for your cooking convenience. It has a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and a microwave. The dining table seats 6, and the breakfast bar seats 4. The open living area has an over-sized reclining sectional, additional seating and a 55" flat screen TV and DVD player. Access to one of the two balconies is off the living area, and oversized windows bring in lots of natural light. The main level master suite features a king size bed, flat screen TV, balcony access and an en-suite master bathroom with granite counter tops and a spacious walk-in shower. The main level also has a powder bath with a pedestal sink. ** The second level has three additional bedrooms (one master) and two additional bathrooms, as well as a loft area with a hide-a-bed love-seat (queen size) The upstairs master suite features a king size bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and private balcony with beautiful gulf-front views. The third bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV and giant, floor to ceiling windows with stunning gulf views. The fourth bedroom hosts two sets of bunk beds and a flat screen TV. The upstairs loft hosts a hide-a-bed loveseat (queen size) and a flat screen TV and DVD player. The third full bathroom is off the loft area and central to the two additional upstairs bedrooms. It has granite counter tops and a spacious walk-in shower. All bed linens and towels (not beach) are provided. One free beach set up is included with rental of this unit (two chairs & one umbrella - March through October). This condo sleeps 12 and includes Free cable & Wi-Fi. Well stocked kitchen includes: large 14 cup drip coffee maker, electric gridle, toaster, blender, organic spice rack, cutting boards, muffin pans, bunt pan, crock pot, 8 various size pots and pans including a 12 quart, 10" & 12" skillets, 3 various size casserole dishes, pyrex pie dish, 3 glass serving dishes, 6 various glass and stainless mixing bowls, 2 colanders, pizza pans, biscuit pans, electric hand mixer, electric mini vegetable chopper, measuring spoons, 3 pyrex measuring cups, various hand food graders, rolling pin, lobster cracker and picks and various kitchen utensils * condo has 2 baby booster seats and a pack n play. **Mainsail amenities include two large pools (north pool is heated for year round swimming), as well as a kiddie pool and hot tub. The main south pool pavilion includes one large pool, a kiddie pool and large hot tub. The heated pool is located north of the tennis courts, between the cottages and has a pavilion. In addition, there are two outdoor cooking stations, each with two gas grills and one charcoal grill, an exercise room, a game room, 4 tennis courts (one with Pickleball court), a basketball goal, & shuffle board. This property boasts 700 feet of private white sandy beach front property. **Mainsail is a private gated beachfront community with covered parking and 24 hour security. Also, for your safety, security cameras are located in the pool and beach areas. Mainsail also has a Group Events Room for rental. It accommodates up to 60 people with a full kitchen, furnished with dishes, glasses and silverware, a 46" flat screen, blue-ray DVD, 5 platter CD player, 4 speaker sound system. The room also has a commercial size ice maker and 2 handicapped accessible bathrooms large enough to be used as dressing rooms. The event room can be rented for weddings, wedding rehearsal events, wedding receptions, birthday parties, family reunions, friend reunions, business meetings, training seminars, award banquets, and other group functions. Note: Mainsail does Not allow golf carts, boats, trailers, RVs or campers on the property. **Mainsail is convenient to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytown Warf, fishing, boating, shopping and many golf courses. This was a wonderful condo for 11 people and we had plenty room to totally enjoy our family vacation. We found everything as it was described and easy access to the beach and the pool area and splash pad was a great alternative to the beach once that was over for the day!

Family vacations with 8 adults and 4 kids and a baby. Great location and great view from the balconies. Check in was very easy and communication with owner was quick and very easy. Space was perfect for large group. The only problems we had was the upstairs bedroom stayed warm most of the time, and it would have been nice if the bunk room had a door on it. Also, the parking deck area needs lights on at night. There are lights in there, but never came on. Over all great condo and would recommend!

Beautiful condo. We all enjoyed it and we had plenty of room. The condo was stocked much better than ones we rented in the past. We had great views of the ocean and the pool. The only negative was the TV in the master just stayed on one channel. The owner had us try everything and had someone come look at it but to no avail. Very weird but the very last night we were there the TV started working . It was possessed😀

This condo was very dirty so dirty that a few of our guests we’re contemplating leaving! The condo complex was very dirty, disgusting and run down too definitely not as advertised. Dirty mattress cover on pull out bed, no extra linens that were CLEAN! No cases on pillows, one of the bunk beds was broken so a guest had to sleep on the floor. We were 45 minutes late checking out and the host tried blackmailing me saying if we don’t leave him a bad review he won’t charge us a late check out fee! Unbelievable! Owner should have reimbursed me the cleaning fee as well as compensation for not having a bed.

Overall this was a great property and place to stay and we would consider going back. However, the cleanliness in the upstairs bedrooms, bathroom, and the floors could have been better. There appeared to be mold in one of the bathrooms upstairs which was my biggest concern.

This property is just as presented in the listing. It was an ideal location right by the elevator, which made loading and unloading easy. It is very spacious - plenty of room for three families with children. There were a couple of minor things that could be improved. The entire unit needs a thorough deep clean (air vents, cabinets, floor corners, baseboards, etc.) Overall, it was tidy and clean, but it could use a good "spring cleaning." The upstairs bunk bed was broken but was still usable. I notified the owner who responded right away. He was very responsive to questions during the trip also. Hot tub and pool area were nice, and there is very easy access to the beautiful beach. We would definitely rent it again for our families.

This condo was perfect for our group of 10 girls. Plenty of space for gathering and sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. 2 balconies with beautiful ocean views.
The owner was super with communication about rental and quick to answer any questions.
Would definitely recommend this condo.

Accommodating, plenty to do at this complex if you can’t be on the beach the whole time. Great Location in Destin, less traffic and not as crowded on the beach. Easy to navigate from Panama City airport and lots of restaurants, surf stores and grocery very close. Our Happy Place

Annual Family Vacation
We just returned from our annual (extended) family vacation! We had a wonderful time & as always, so great to be with family that we don’t get to see as often, as we would like! The location was wonderful! So close to shops, restaurants, & grocery stores and of course being on the beach! The condo really fit our needs with 2 master bedrooms, the queen bed room & the bunk room. We never had to juggle bathroom schedules either for our party of 10. My husband struggled at night to sleep with sinus/allergy issues so he ended up sleeping in the recliner/sofa a few nights & said it was a comfortable sleep for him.
Before & during our trip, the owner & I stayed in communication with one another. I felt he was quick to respond & very helpful. We would recommend this unit & owner to others!

Quality is down
This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. The owner is very nice and easy to work with but quality of the condo/development is definitely down from three years ago. The washer was not working correctly from day one. It wouldn’t spin the clothes leaving them soaking wet. Shawn tried to get it repaired but couldn’t get a repairman out until the following week. He offered to pay for us to use a laundry service but when traveling with small children laundry is a ongoing thing so this was slightly inconvenient.
We couldn’t sit on our patio without smelling our neighbor out there smoking pungent weed…again…not appreciated by myself or for the little kids we had with us. Our condo was DIRTY! We had to mop the floor right away because our socks were turning dark brown from walking on the tile. The couch has reclining chairs and when my husband sat down and reclined the chair I could see what looked like years worth of dirt, food and grime under the couch. The upstairs bathroom has a ton of mold/black substance in the grout. The closet in the downstairs bedroom has air fresheners Placed in it which were very strong and I happen to have asthma that is triggered by those very fragrant things.. The kids were staying in the bunk room bedroom. The window sill in that bedroom had literally 2 inches of dirt and dust in it. The neighbors left LARGE bags of garbage in the hallway because it wouldn’t fit down the garbage chute. It sat there for 4 days and started leaking and oozing all down the walkway. You would think someone that works for mainsail would have seen that and talked to them about it but nope…. The morning we were going to spend all day at the beach the chairs and umbrellas weren’t set up until 10am and even though there were no yellow reserve tags on the chairs Erak RUDELY told us all the chairs set up were for owners only. The ice maker in the freezer had some substance spilled in it with discolored ice and stickiness which we had to clean right away.
I expect more when we paid over $6000 for one week. I expect a clean place that I can relax and not have to clean. Mainsail needs to up their commitment to keeping their neighborhood clean. Cleaning staff obviously needs training or maybe to just take a little pride in their work. We won’t be back to mainsail

Wonderful February stay
We stayed in this condo for the month of Feb. It was our first long vacation and it was great. The condo is just as pictured, clean and well stocked. We were able to host a few family and friends during the month as well as do some remote work. Host is very responsive and helpful, location excellent and we never tired of the view. Enjoyed the hot tub, heated pool and riding our bikes. Would love to come back.
